This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, particularly because Jaime had multiple opportunities to make this right over the course of months and dropped the ball deliberately at every opportunity. Our car was rear ended in early March 0f 2023 and we took it to RPM because it was the only shop we could find that would accept the insurance carried by the guy who hit us. Jaime sent the initial estimate email to the wrong email address, which resulted in the Insurance company (also awful) not approving the repairs for almost two weeks, which resulted in us having to rent a car for longer than the insurance company would reimburse us for and us being put out of pocket $500. Also, after we got the car back and the bumper had been replaced, I was driving down the highway and in the rear view mirror I see the bumper flapping in the wind behind me, only halfway attached to the car! I had to duct tape the bumper back on and take it back to Jaime. When we got the car back the second time, there was paint missing where the duct tape had been placed that was not fixed, and the bumper is painted a different shade than the rest of the car. I also told Jaime that we wanted the rear view mirror replaced which had been damaged previously, and to include a new battery in the estimate since the battery had died, because our trunk wouldn’t close and a small light in the trunk wouldn’t turn off. Jaime never replaced the battery. The rear view mirror, which he forgot to do, but after being reminded (since we took the car in multiple times for his many errors), when he finally put the new mirror on he did not connect any of the electronics. This is the worst part though, the insurance company took a while to send us the initial repair check for $1700, so we had to pay that out of pocket. The insurance company sent the check (made out to both of us), to Jaime, who CASHED it after he was already paid by us. After chasing him down for two weeks of not answering calls, I was finally able to get a hold of him and get the money back. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!! Photos of the bumper *AFTER IT WAS REPAIRED AND STARTED TO DETACH ON THE HIGHWAY*, and the mismatched paint and damage from tape

The dirtiest shop to work in, I would never put my car there again, they did a disgusting job on my truck, they had to put in new parts and they did it, but they charged them as new and my truck started to have parts falling off and one guy didn't want to do it. Repayable, the rest only paints the parts, does not put new ones on them, and charges them as new. The insurance company never wanted to give me a copy of my invoice and it was a fairly considerable sum. Don't trust them. It's a bad experience. Now I have to pay. pay again to have it repaired, don't take your cars there
