This was one of the worst auto repair experiences I have ever had in my life. I gave RPM a month to fulfill my repair request. I asked them to make my car look brand new and that I would pay whatever that would cost. When I got the car back I continued to find problems and it took them another whole month to fix them. Throughout this whole second month I did not have a job as I was supposed to be driving to Florida to move. I had to delay my move to Florida by an entire month AND I did not have a job. It was one of the most miserable months ever. I had to spend most of my time for that entire month at home and be told the car would be ready X day, only to find out it would get delayed over and over again, and then when I would finally come to get the car the work was STILL not done, and they tried to give it to me as if it was finished. They gave 0 attention to detail as they repaired my vehicle and did not show enough effort in doing the job I paid for them to do. Even now the job is still not done and I am finding issues with the repair.The staff is all very nice and Jaime was always very cool, but when it came to trying to reach out to him to speak about these issues he ignored my calls and texts and went silent. This is not the way to do business. I never leave bad reviews as I always look for the best in people, but the way Jaime has handled this is 100% unprofessional. I missed out on a month of lost salary because of waiting for this repair to get done, and on top of that, I have to take the car to another garage to fix the work that RPM did not finish. I plan to speak to a lawyer about solutions to this issue.

Worst auto repair experience I have ever had. I never leave bad reviews on businesses as I believe in the best in people, but the way Jaime handled my repair was 100% unprofessional.

Do not take your vehicle to this place. Jaime is a shady character and he is not an honest mechanic. Took my truck there to get fixed up after getting into a wreck, he quoted me about 8 days to repair and told me he would call me back with a quote in the next day or two. After having it towed to the shop, he told me the engine wouldn't start. After waiting three days and leaving messages for him, I went up to see the progress myself. The truck hadn't moved from its original spot and after asking for the keys I went and tried to start it myself. It started right up! I should have realized he intentionally lied to me to buy himself more time, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt as he promised me he would have a quote the next day (Saturday). WELL, after waiting until day six and having him ignore my phone calls, I went back to see that my truck STILL hadn't moved and he hadn't done a thing to get me a quote or start work. Extremely disappointed in his lack of honesty and professionalism. If you want a solid, honest repair shop, take your car to Mingo's right around the block from RPM.
