Do not stay here!!
This RV park is shady as hell and will steal your money for the smallest of things... car parked in the "wrong" place, lies about what's allowed in your yard, late fees, just utter nonsense.
Owners are bullies and will try to kick you out to get your spot for higher rent.
Some of the people who stay here are dangerous and will threathen you with weapons.
Homeless people cutting through and the road outside the park is used for dumping and old cars.
Do not stay here if you care about your safety or money!

The new owners jacked the lot rent from $870 to $1150 on 8/2 and requiring us to sign a lease by 8/20. They are crooks and forcing this beautiful community to probably dwindle and many of the residents move away. I’m looking to leave as well but either way this will take a major financial hit to me. This is unfair business practice and these new owners are only after money.

Been here for years, last owners were tough, but the new ones just raised lot rent 33% with 3 weeks notice to sign, about a month after owning the place.

Don't get your propane here. Worse that U-Haul. Poor service, the guy who fills the tanks is a joke. Lost me as a customer today. Thumbs down.

Tried to get propane from U-Haul on three different occasions. Every time they were either out of propane, or had issues with the machine. Called this place, which is just down the road, and they were extremely courteous, friendly, and very reasonably priced to put propane in my motorhome.

you are thinking about renting in this place, read my comment before. All those who give good references are either employees or bots. It is the worst place to rent your business is to continually steal from customers with extra charges, my children lived in that place for a year and their experience was terrible. The first thing they happened was that their car was towed for parking it wrong, according to them, even though it was fine. Then they were fined for having a cooler outside even though everyone has garden things outside. Then they were fined for that they did not collect the leaves from the trees which is the responsibility of the parking lot since that is why they charge. Then they charged me with a card and they did not magically notify me that the card did not pass, they did not notify me until after a week for which they charged me 45 extra dollars, plus one hundred dollars for each day passed. One day my children's power went out and I asked the administration to check the electrical outlet. They called me saying that everything was excellent and that it was a problem with the RV. They made me travel from Houston to Austin to fix the problem, when I got to Austin and checked the cord of their outlet, it was all burned. At that moment I realized that they had not checked anything before I went even though My children were without electricity for several days and even though that short could have caused a fire, when I spoke with the administration they simply told me that they would repair it as soon as they had time. Tired of these situations, I gave them their place fifteen days before the rent was due, I told them to come and check and they didn't want to. When I called asking about my deposit they said that they gave me a fine for damaging the drainage pipe, which It is not true since they knew that the pipe had been damaged since I arrived and they themselves sent a technician who realized the problem. Even so, they kept my money. In short, they are abusive.

Tracie A.- I live here at Royal Palm, the staff has Always been courteous, The pricing is fair, it’s clean, quiet and my neighbors are friendly, I have absolutely No complaints, nothing negative to say about this place or the people, some people have dogs in the community, and they clean up behind their dogs,I never see dog poop anywhere, by far this has been a safe community to live in and the location is convenient to shop, 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown Austin and 183 is right on the corner, they also have security that watches out for intruders at Night, I give this place a 10?

Location is nice, great place to walk, good playground and tennis/basketball court. laundromat and nice clean pool.

I had the worst experience. Management was rude. I'd pitch a tent on the street corner before spending any money here ever again. Wish I could give less than 1 star, to be honest.

My experience and attention was terrible, I couldn't even play music in my house or have visitors, it seemed like I was a prisoner in my own home and they didn't give me a solution to my problems. I don't recommend it.

I just moved in here and absolutely LOVE this place! Not only is the place magnificent and beautiful but the Staff is simply incredible! Thank You Natalie for making my new home and place to live Pure Paradise in Heaven. The Best RV Park in Austin Texas hands down!
