They need to stock more merchandise, such as shoes, there is no variety, it is empty, the treatment of the workers is exceptional, very attentive, they ask you if they can help you with something, you leave satisfied with the treatment of the customers but not very happy with the variety that exists in the store, in my opinion they should stock a little more

We went to buy and when I was paying a girl who worked in that place is like Cuban when she was collecting one of the things she hid them and I told her why she was hiding the things she only responded sorry but my wife told me that we better pray for her but it is a bad experience I recommend that you be attentive when they are charged

Very disappointed at this visit. The store was not at all stocked. All isles and shelves were vacant. Was one of the stores in my list of explorations to post reviews but there was just nothing available to review. Shoe section had very limited options.. bags n purses were all vacant.. many other empty shelves.. no options in home section as well.. there were some nice valentine socks options but too pricey for Ross.. Hopefully it will be better next time but until then just giving 2 stars..

Thank you for letting me save my money. Two hours of shopping. Went to check out, and there were 10 in line and 1 check out person. I was helped by 3 people on the floor (which I loved)
I asked can we call up one of them. The answer was No. Ok, you don't want my Christmas business.

They didn’t have a big selection on tops, there were bottoms but no tops. Dressing room was messy.

By far the best Ross I've been too , the only thing is the line gets really long but that's ok , the clothes are great and the store is huge!

I usually like going to this Ross when I want have a casual shopping day. But today was the second time I had a negative experiece with this one young cashier woman. She worked there today and the second time going to her register had a off respose imo, but mainly had annoyed me with how rude it was when she calls for the next person as if shes ready and done with my transaction. When* I was still activly putting my card in to pay,calling the next person for them to start putting their things next to me and coming in as if i was leaving when I was not even finished paying.
This woman also had done the same exact thing it the first time the last time I was that Ross location. As well as responding off with a rude "Huh??" After not hearing as I was respectfully asking if they carried a size in the back of a certain shoe like I was bothering her. Then responded by telling me "Well you have to just go and look [for your size]." with a seemly smirk like I didn't do the obvious already. I said nevermind then she proceeded to ring up my other things and called for the next person when I hadn't even been checked out completely still paying for my things.
Just so you know, I have never written a bad review or complaint on any platform or about any establishment even when I had annoyances. But, this time I needed to write something so she can have this brought up to her and slow down being a little less rude about possible responses. I want to enjoy my shopping time while at Ross all the way back out doors. You dont have to have a smile and be my friend, just please slow down a little and don't be rude thank you ♡
(Also if this was Christmas by all means there's a lot of people in the store, its understandable to rush please do. But literally both times there were not that many people in line and multiple registers open)

I made several purchases and among them I had a watch for a woman but when I picked it up the cashier didn't put it in her bag... It was a horrible experience, the watch cost me 80 dollars and the next day when I went to complain she just said that she didn't get it. He stayed and that he put it in the bag... I'm very sorry that he had that attitude, it was one of the racist people because the way he spoke to us was very horrible... Not to mention the store manager, he never solved anything for us. I will never return to this store and I hope that whoever kept it takes advantage of it ?
