The public needs to be aware that this is not a safe place for women to shop.
I was driving on the public street, Alice Mae when I witnessed two men absolutely manhandling a woman.
One grabbed her arms and hit her chest, roughing her up. He snatched her purse then dumped all its contents on the side of the road.
I have literally never witnessed a man laying hands on a woman like the two of them were.
I did a swift U turn, and asked the victim if she needed the cops and she said yes.
The security guards backed off because they didn't find what they were looking for in her purse.
They tried very hard to scare and intimidate me.
I took a picture from my car of the old man threatening me because he made a show of putting his hand on his gun??? As if he was about to escalate the violence further?
They tried using words and phrases cops use on tv to intimidate me and the victim.
They filmed me and took photos of my car.
The woman picked up her belongings they had scattered and got in my car and I drove her to the police station to file a report. She said they started following her after she left Ross.
Women shopping alone, please watch out for these dangerous rent a cops.
Their compact car and outfits said "PCS" on it.
Shop somewhere safer where the hired security is not emboldened enough to act violently.

I feel upset for the guy who works in removing an electronic tag at the self checkout and also he wore a facial mask. Because when I almost come and ring my item at #9 self checkout he suddenly came and told me to move in #11 self check out and I asked him what’s wrong with #9 when it’s look working for me and he said it’s not working when I just look at him he just shut it off maybe because I’m Asian he’s so racist and rude employee!!!!!! I’ll never come back to this store zip code 78748!!!

Very bad how tge loss prevention lady at the door carries out. Takes the radio and describes people as suspects right in front of them. People are offended and walk out. Need to be careful in not making people welcome at your stores.

The dressing room attendant older lady is always professional and helpful.
She is the only reason why I am giving this review any stars.
Because, the loss prevention staff is very unprofessional and borderline incompetent. The self check out is only up to eight items. Okay. The loss prevention staff was working the self check out today. 1st. Displeasure, He tried to tell me that I had more than eight items and when I told him to count how many items I had he counted exactly EIGHT items. Then, since he knew everything, there was a rip in the back of the painting that I was about to buy, 2nd Displeasure, and I asked him. "Hey there is a rip in the back of this Is there something y'all can do about this?" As in a discount. Thinking he was going to provide a remedy to the situation. Nope. He goes and says "uHhHh I tHiNk iT's MaDe liKe ThAt." (Really dude a big rip) "I told him I can guarantee you it's not made like this" chuckling in disbelief. I stood in silence for far too long waiting for him to provide a realistic remedy. The next thing he says is, "I don't know what we can do about it." And tries to end the conversation there. Mr. know-it-all had no Solutions. Once he seen that, I was not allowing him to exit this conversation and pay full price for a ripped product he then told me could give me 10% off, but no refunds. I told him he can keep that product and I also removed another item. What a joke! I paid $111 in that store for poor customer service when I really needed help.

Today, I was at 9600 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78748 Ross store making a family shopping for Thanksgiving season, and I found a great black jacket by Calvin Klein on $ 19.99 dls.I was surprised by the price and for sure I taked it to buy it with a lot of stuff more. When I was trying to conclude my purchases the cashier noticed that there was a mistake in the price marked for the black jacket and she removed label wrong for the jacket and she also canceled the item for my ticket just because she wanted and she decided, she told me that there was no way to sell that jacket at that price and I say I want it and it was not my mistake, she told me is up to you if you want to continue buying the rest of the items because a he is not going to sell that black jacket at $19.99 she told me you can Pau $99.00 dls if you want it.I asked for the manager, and she told me she is the manager and nothing is going to change. She asked me if i wanted to continue?" Or do you want to leave? For sure, I continued with my purchases because I didn't want to lose all my items additional to the back jacket.I think she did it because she noticed I'm not an American. It was discrimination. I was really upset about this situation.I can't believe that this is still happening. I'm the US.In the picture, you can see the item deleted and the cashier

I rated 3 stars just for one reason.. the cashier at the time to pay.Other than that.. will be only 1 star.Fact is... as soon we got into the Ross store, we saw a security guard who was more worried about his cellphone than other things.Never make eye contact or reply to our hello.Then.. the store.. was completely disorganized..It's very messy and overstock. There is no room to walk through the aisles, plus people blocking the way with their shopping carts. We saw at least two employees restocking merchandise over the other merchandise. They even made eye contact with not body and ignored people who were looking for some clothes. That happens on Monday in the morning..It wasn't too busy with customers ...I don't wanna be at that Ross location on a weekend or holiday...!!Who was very attentive and helpful to the customers was the cashier... finally, one person with a nice attitude and smiling ? to all her customers. Including us.I will never come back to Ross store for anything.Price: no comments.Location: Southpark shopping center.. next to the hobby lobby store.Parking; free parking lot. Plenty.Customer service: very poor, but the cashier did the difference.
