Negative experience: at 7 pm all fitting rooms were closed. The employee said to wait upfront, so she can open the temporary fitting rooms, but she never showed up. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came.
Overall the store is very messy and disorganized, employees unfriendly and lots of cosmetics were opened or used.
I left the store empty handed.

Very busy unorganized a lot of different areas of the store customer service can be improved and trained better Nice selection of different items discounts clearance items are to be found in difference locations of the isles of the store

Let me start off by saying I don't leave one star. Reviews But boy, oh boy, I've worked in the customer service industry for 22 years, And on the front of house manager for a restaurant in the neighborhood, And the manager that was on duty today at 2:25 PM was the meanest manager I've ever seen a customer asked to see something out of the glass case while I was standing in line and the line. Was not that long, I've seen longer lines at the Ross in Pflugerville. And she said she was too busy and she had to get in line to see the item that was in the glass case. Meanwhile, she wasn't even doing anything. She was just standing there in front of the store now. I finally got to the register like I said not a big deal. The line was not that long. And I went to pay with cash. The cashier didn't have any change. She said that she asked the manager on duty for change and that she still hasn't gotten it for her OK. So she didn't have any change, so I went to pay with exact change And that made the situation a little bit harder, cause she had already put in the $20 and now that I was giving her exact change she had to go back in the system so she called the manager over and she started explaining to the manager of what was going on and I was trying to help her explain. The manager literally waved her hand at me and shushed me. So at that point I was kind of upset and I was just like flabbergasted by what she just did, but I wanted to get out of the store so I paid for my shirt and left. I work in the area and I dropped lunch off. Cause I work at a restaurant in the area. Just the other day for the employees at that store. I like the store. There's another manager in there who is the nicest lady i've ever met And I wish I remembered her name.
She is a younger Hispanic lady and she's great, but the lady today. Older Hispanic lady very mean very rude and terrible customer service. So like I say I would love to change this to a 5 star review but she definitely needs to adjust her attitude if she wants to have any business from this Paying Customer

When I asked her to help me find a men's long sleeve (I did this three times) she smirked, ignored me and tried to get rid of me so that I would leave her alone. She just went to count the t-shirts, pretending I wasn't there. The rudest employee ever.

Store was full of people and only two cashiers, the line was not moving at all on a Saturday, had to leave without my items. Also, all the items in the store look like they were dumped, some broken.

I am currently standing in line and have been for 20 minutes. There are two registers open and no less than 7 other employees either walking around aimlessly or standing and talking. This is ridiculous.
