You can find some good stuff here, but be prepared to wait in line no matter what time of day. There are a lot of employees around, but they spend most of their time walking past the long line at the register and staring at you. Or hanging up the same hanger about 8 times.

Bought some lotion from there today, and it’s already halfway used. You can see the fingerprints from someone who used it before, I don’t know if this was a return they put back on the shelf or if someone opened it before I bought it but that’s so gross.

Not sure if the worker Jerome is having a good day but he was very disgruntle. We arrived at the store and he was the second worker I seen. Went to the shoes department and came to check out. He was very loud about it not being able to take a break and about to pass out. One side of the store is organized but the other is a mess. Also as someone has mentioned majority of the workers are of Spanish decent and only speak Spanish to the customers, even if you don’t speak Spanish.

Where do I begin. Went in yesterday. Selected my purchases. Went to the register. 2 cashier's, to my surprise neither one of them spoke English.Had 2 bottles of carpet cleaning along with several other items .The bottles had a $1:00 off coupon for each bottle. Cashier had no idea of how to handle them. We asked for the manager, she arrives and tells us they don't honor the coupons on their product, but offers us 10% off. What an incredible insult. She then proceeds to tell me all sales are final. Why would I want carpet cleaning solution if I'm going to clean my carpets? Store was filthy, unorganized, dressing rooms closed. 7 baskets of clothes blocking 🚫 the dressing rooms. Staff and manager not well trained. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Definitely will not be going back to be treated so rudely.

I usually enjoy coming to Ross to shop but today I don’t know what in the world was wrong with the staff that one of the older lady from the staff was telling me how to educate my child when he wasn’t doing anything wrong when he was with me!!! I won’t be coming to this Ross anymore they need to teach their staff from this location manners and how to respect their customers because if it wasn’t for us shopping they wouldn’t have a job so they should need to keep their options to them selfs and if they are having a bad day and don’t know how to work with customer service they shouldn’t work for retail and stay home 😡😡😡😡 Bad customer service staff sucks

There are a lot of fancy clothes for the cheapest price! I always buy new dresses here. Last time I bought a swimming costume for $16 . Perfect qwolity!!!
