I’ve been here twice now and both times, the customer service is ridiculous!! (In a good way)
All the guys are soooooo nice, they ultra fast, and always take a high level of initiative (when it comes to opening doors for me, picking things up so I don’t have to, giving up their seat for me in front of their fan).
Seriously, I’m always shocked at how a random tire shop on a corner treats customers better than a bougie restaurant.

I have a car with a less common tire size and I had called around to probably 10 different tire shops with no luck finding refurb tires until I contacted Ron‘s. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was named Douglas and he assured me that they had the tires. I said I was heading over and he had them ready for me by the time I arrived only five minutes later. He offered me a set of four refurbished ones for an incredibly good price And they had my old tires switched out in under 15 minutes. They even helped me strap two of the old tires onto my roof rack (while it was raining) to keep as back ups (because my car was so full I didn’t have a room to put the tires inside my car). The technicians, Marcellus, and one other gentleman whose name I didn’t get were very efficient and congenial. I chatted a bit with Douglas while the tires were being traded out and he was able to give me information about where I could rent a trailer in the area. I would recommend this place to anybody. I had a fantastic experience. You guys were truly Lifesavers for me and I very much appreciate you getting me set up so quickly on such short notice. You guys rock? I’m so grateful to have found this place.

Charged :$90.00 for a used tire !! Would have never bought it at that price if I could have found another tire shop close by and he knew that that's why he charged so much because I couldn't do anything about it !! Do not go to this tire shop !!

So there is this employee named CJ , a very interesting fellow. Simply put, you're better off taking your vehicle elsewhere for professional behavior. This guy hit on some minors for one. He then proceeded to speak in an insecure and highly uneducated manner toward a senior about how they ruptured their tire.

Your assistant manager..is very unprofessional. The qualities of an assistant manager should be able to deal with all customers with a smile..and this was terrible. I will never do business with this company ever. EVER!! Be better and do better!!

Got me in and out quickly. They were cash only when I went. Paid $85 for a tire which is a great price. No complaints
