Just got a new storage unit and our service was excellent. Jesse helped us decide on a unit that was the perfect size for our needs and he was incredibly kind and thorough. He took the time to describe and show us the differences in units and even gave us landmarks so we could find our way around later. So excited that this was the storage facility we chose.

Deceptive and policies (fine print hidden)Price of unit jumped to twice the original, moved out on the 5th but forced to pay for the entire remainder of the month, spoke with employee last month and advised him of my plans to move out the first week, of course he said nothing and not prorating the balance, shady business practices, shop around

It’s Super Huge like a giant maze, didn’t see no employees for help, no maps to help me find the location of my storage unit. (I got lost multiple times inside) & why no trash cans? Other than that it’s clean and affordable.
