Went today to move my things into storage, payed and secured it all online so once I got there Ty went through the process with me and showed me the unit and how to secure it. He made the process super easy and was very kind. I feel safe knowing my things are well protected. Definitely recommend coming here for storage. The pricing is also unbeatable!

It had potential.. Friendly on-site staff. just bought out by a California company..(hope the great staff will be ok as you can't trust California).. we just moved in a month ago with a rate of $85 for a 10x10.... they bought and raised on us after being there a month! Now want $107. Oh, and the unit isn't technically a 10x10! (9x9.5). We called and asked about being covered longer and told you have 30 days to either move out or pay up.... California.... Looking to move back to public storage off research by burnett.

I was short on Time looking for storage and called several places that gave me the run around on availability. Showed up at a couple of them and they didn’t have the size unit I asked for. I found rightspace and Ty answered my call. He was so professional and assured me he had a unit in the size I needed. I went right over, he greeted me, knew who I was and was ready to show me the units and had the paperwork ready. It took less than 15 min for me to start unloading my U-Haul. Upon unloading I noticed a small oil stain on the concrete in the unit. I called Ty and he came right over and cleaned up the oil. He also helped me a week later with and issue with another renter and handled it like a true professional! RightSpace management, Ty is a superstar and should considered for a promotion.

Excellent support from the call centre. I was on the call with callcentre and Ty was calling to confirmed my reservation- amazing service. I met Ty when I went to drop of my items for storage and he is professional, caring and explained all procedures. He also met me at the unit to show me how to enter, and close the unit......just amazing support.

They are stealing too much, they cut the locks. And the administration only says that you can't see anything on the cameras and they don't help you at all, a very unsafe place. It is not recommended that you go alone to your unit, be accompanied. Or change location. For the second time I changed for some good padlocks, they did not cut them but if they opened it there is no security at all, I do not recommend it. Pay a little more rent somewhere else but have more security

I can't remember the gentlemans name that works there but he is very professional and understanding in his job duties. Everytime I'm there he always tells me to let him know if there's anything he can do for me. The first month move in price is awesome! I've rented my share of storage units and I would place this one right up there at the top of the list!
