I had a horrible experience. I wanted to like them, but when I had questions about what I was being billed for they returned my messages with a hostel tone and then never replied to me. When I called to ask about it, they took the message but never returned my call. They wouldn’t explain to me what I was being charged for except it was per our contract and to look at the invoices.
I changed my QB password because I didn’t get a response and NO ONE from their office called or emailed asking about it.
Months later, without any responses, they sent a threatening email that I had past due balance and would be suing me. No communications between.
Completely unprofessional.

I was so stressed when I found Revolutions. I needed so much help. Katie and her team were there to take that pressure off me and clean up our books. They are quick to respond and I feel like I am working with a team. Special shout out to Hannah, who is absolutely amazing. She has been so patient with me and is there when I have questions. I appreciate that I can get strait answers from them and they are willing to put the time in to help you figure out what is going on. Our business is running smoother thanks to Revolutions. We appreciate all you do!

A few details of why I feel they deserve 5 stars.1. This company made my life easier for tax related and book keeping purposes. When they initially put together a quote for handling this stuff for me it was quick and detailed of knowing exactly what I was getting. I have been self employed for 19 yrs this was my first year as a LLC and so glad I reached out to them to handle it.2. Communication- Depending on your personality this may not work for you but for me it was perfect. I hate being on the phone every 5 minutes trying to answer tax questions they didn’t do that they sent me a questionnaire of what they needed answers to and if I needed something sending them an email was the best form of communication with quick and accurate response.3. Very understanding - although I was getting a bit anxious about 10/15/23 tax file deadline when I emailed them about where is my return they kindly referenced an email that I had missed and resent it to me without telling me off and that it was my fault (which it was) they handled everything so quickly and very responsive.4. I want to give a special shout out to Isabel, I’m not exactly sure on what her job title is but every time I called she was so sweet, helped me get, or get them what I needed and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question even though it probably was ?. Aubrey too has been amazing very easy to deal with. And Katie for being a owner of a business you have been amazing to deal with I look forward to a continued working relationship with all of your team!Although this is the first company I have dealt with I don’t see any reason to move to another company. I plan on reaching out to Katie for some advise on how I can improve on my business.

We have used Revolution Bookkeepers for over 20+ years. They are quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues I have in my QB. My reports are always filed on time and I greatly appreciate their service. I couldn't ask for more and I highly recommend!!

I thought I was having irreconcilable differences with my bank statement until Katie offered to mediate. She helped me eliminate a lot of unnecessary fees and waste that I wasn't even seeing and took my entrepreneurship to the next level. Trust me -- you can't afford *not* to use the services of Revolutions Bookkeepers!

I cannot say enough good things about Katie and her team at Revolutions Bookkeepers. From the moment I started working with them they have been professional and communicative. They have a great team with expertise in different areas and have been able to answer questions about a variety of business related tax and bookkeeping items. They are knowledgeable, friendly and FAST. I had lost hope that my bookkeeping or tax team would respond quickly to my needs in the years prior and it was so refreshing to find Katie. I highly recommend their services!

Katie and the crew are great. I have never had an issue they can't solve. Scheduling is easy and the errors I create always get fixed and I even get a good explanation of what I did wrong so I hopefully learn something.We have been with Revolutions for a few years now and have never been happier. We definitely recommend these folks.

The owner, Katy is money hungry, unethical, and deceptive! I urge you to stay away.I paid over $2,000 for bookkeeping for my business with Revolutions. They seemed pretty I professional from the get-go but I looked passed it and kept paying quarterly. They delivered my balance sheet and P&L statements to me, and I happily paid them again.Then, I went to do my taxes. My CPA informed me immediately that the documents provided to me were not nearly detailed enough for him to file with and that none of the number on the documents made any sense. She claims that I didn’t respond to the ask emails they sent me, which is 100% false.I have tried to get her to fix my books since I already paid for them, or get my money back, and she refuses.She is now stating, out of the blue that I owe her $400 because she kept my quickbooks account open for 6 months after I cancelled services with them, which I never agreed to. Why would I even want her to keep open a quickbooks account that isn’t being used and that I have no access to?Katy is extremely rude and clearly wants more money, money, money, but doesn’t care about delivering USABLE product to her clients.The services I paid for from Revolutions turned out to be a complete sham, and I am now having to pay another small fortune to have my books redone by a competent bookkeeper. I doubt I will ever get a dime back from revolutions.

Really unpleasant experience from start to finish. I asked for a simple call to ask some clarifying questions, and instead got a series of short, rude emails back. After that I asked for my money back. They sent the check to the wrong address, and when I finally received it over $150 of my deposit had been deducted for onboarding - even though they had literally only sent me a standard onboarding questionnaire. I had a really nice first initial call with Katie, so I’m not sure what happened to making an effort to have their clients feel supported and understood. It seems like they have to much on their plate to properly support clients.
