Excellent place and GREAT quality. Got some CBD cigarettes, CBD&CBG capsules, and a CBD tincture for my cats. I've smoked regular cannabis for a long time and it's been over 10 years since I've gone a full week without smoking. As I've grown older my brain chemistry has changed and it seems that regular cannabis use has been contributing to my anxiety/depression and other basic neurological disorders. The hope was that switching it out with CBD and CBG would help with these symptoms while also giving me long-term support. And it actually did help! Their CBD cigarettes are really good actually and I can actually feel noticeable effects. Someone in previous comments mentioned that this place was expensive but I have to disagree. I felt that everything was very reasonably priced considering the quality of it all. It's not necessarily "cheap" but the quality isn't cheap either. If you're looking for gas station quality products for gas station quality prices then yeah it might be expensive to you. But if you're actually looking for quality from a reputable source that's also not overcharging you then RE-START is 100% the go-to in Austin. I've been to Colorado and Portland (they source their stuff from Oregon and Tennessee by the way!) and I can definitely say that this place is legit and trustworthy. I only have two complaints: 1. My capsules that contain the CBD and CBG are made with bovine gelatin :( I respectfully don't eat meat and probably wouldn't have gotten them had I known beforehand. I'm not disappointed with the purchase however and I'm still using them and still noticing benefits so still a happy customer. But really am not sure why you chose to go with bovine gelatin as opposed to vegetable capsules? 2. I got the "pet cbd" tincture which comes with a glass dropper. I administer these both directly into my cat's mouth and just wanted to mention that most vets use plastic droppers because if an animal bites down while administering it, it could break and get glass in their mouth. While I'm a big fan of glass and don't usually opt for plastic, it would be really nice to see this in the pet tinctures. I will definitely be back again, I think this place is great and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Edit: replied and addressed the two mild concerns I had. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to me. A company that's always open to suggestions and striving to improve from an already excellent standing point deserves 5 stars.

Worked in this area for many years and didn't know they were here. I recently turned to alternative medicine since it is legal and ready available to help with an inflammatory problem I have. This store is great, very clean and so many different options for how you can intake their products. I got a CBN cart, sweet tea, lemonade, and gummy sample. Will definitely be back, or ordering online since they have local delivery!

I absolutely love this shop. I go in pretty regularly so this review is long overdue. It’s incredibly clean and they always give excellent customer service. They answer all questions with clarity.Please open up the curbside store to be a walk in.

Have been a reliable customer here for a long time and have loved it but today when I called ahead saying I was running late but would arrive right at 7pm (closing) asked if they would still be there the female worker sounded the opposite of friendly but said depending on people arriving they may or may not be open . I arrived and walked in the door to instantly be told “no” by the girl at the counter before I could even take a second step. I use this place for relief from medical issues and was desperately in need today and they turned away my business, I’m disappointed. I’ve usually been treated well here except this experience.

(^_^)I went in looking to buy some THC-A flower in larger than tiny quantities and for less than really expensive. I was pleasantly surprised when all of my expectations were met and surpassed. 100% will be going back for future flower needs. Ordered online and the cart I got had melted and wouldn't come out of the container, they wont give me a refund unless I send it back. Already threw the thing away. Waste of $$ and if I did send it back Id have to pay for shipping again. order is under the name a lenox
