SO today finally I closed on a really nice house. It sound easy if I say it fast. But I must admit if it wasn't for the hard work of Todd Sherman and his lovely wife Kim I wouldn't be homeowner today. My budget was limited but my taste was for a nice house with good square footage in a good neighborhood. As a first time buyer I was very scared too. Todd walked me through all the turn steps and turned a really scary dicision to the adventure of fishing for a good house. He informed me about all that I should know and consider and found really good people for all my after purchase projects. I refer the Resident Reality to whoever who wants to have a very pleasant exprience about buying, selling and renting any property.
