JENNY IS A ROCKSTAR - she’s polite friendly and professional. She has great customer service and my experience of her was reliable and prompt. She definitely made my experience amazing in Austin!!!

Great time in the lounge. Our bartender Leanna and server Frank Rodriguez were amazing. They treated our kids like rockstars and gave us the ability to have some adult time alongside the kids. Super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Thanks for a great night.

Walls are kind of thin, but rooms are very nice. Kitchen has all you should need for short stay and beds are comfortable. Water pressure in shower is Insane! I like it, but be prepared. Overall hotel is nice, pool is great and service is good ?
