Paid this company $3500.00 for extended warranty and have never used it. Now I have a gear shift selector go bad and they say its not under their warranty. So much for paying big bucks to protect your car. This company is a total ripoff and I would not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I hope what goes around, comes around and they feel the bite! If I could rate them lower, I would.

These people will run you around and they will do anything so they don't have to pay my deductible was 100.00 two items done on my car ended up paying 560.00

I have had this warranty company for my car since 2013. Every repair that has been needed. They have done. I received a new engine, they paid for my electrical wiring in my car because the wiring was bad. I have not had too many issues. I will say that they made me provide all of my proof of oil changes. Once I provided that proof. I got a new engine. All of these things for the $105 deductible. In 2017 my transmission went out. That was replaced. I guess everyone has their own experience with this company but mine wasn't too bad.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. Paid $3000 for a warranty 4 years ago, have never needed to use until now. I will have out of pocket expense as they are not willing to cover the entire cost of repair. They only received one star as I was not able to leave no star. Everyone will tell you whatever you want to hear as they collect your money, then when you need something they stick it to you.

This company is a rip off! You have go through hell and hot water to get claim started. They don't like to pay...you have to speak to the whole damn company just to get a claim through!!
