I went to their store ready to buy in cash wheels for my car. The person first got upset because he was in the restroom. And never could give me a price! Just keep saying things like "is expensive" and"I need to check" then he gave me a crazy price 90% higher than their website!! Save your time and go somewhere else.

On August 12th, I purchased 20s Rims & Tires that will make my Black Buick LaCrosse to stand out. I ask for John his expertise and He delivered…… The price was right, the customer service was amazing. Not only John~ His whole crew were awesome. First time time buying rims and tires from them, I love them. Great customer service and good pricing. Everyone that was there was extremely friendly and provided fast service. Was in and out within hour and a half which included them installing everything same day…explained everything in detail and was such an easy process. Will definitely recommend them in the future

I’ve done business with John 2x, first for my 2019 Trail Boss, got me into some BF Goodrich tires and this time on both wheels and tires for my 2024 LTZ. I knew how to read tires but he taught me about the offset and just how knowledgeable he is. I asked him for his recommendation for my truck and gave me 2 options and was like this is my best recommendation for you. I’m a happy customer and literally zero pressure on you. He and the staff are totally there to help you. Also, if you want a specific tire, like me, he’ll get it done!!!

Nobody buy from this people…few months I bought my rims from them and they told something else bout my payment but that was all lie and now they charging me more than they told me…they took my old rims and don’t wanna give it to me, so I went to the store to talk to them and all the people was there they changed their words and they got me the manager and this manager wasn’t there when I had the agreement and he was extremely rude yelling at me and and not being pro…they want my to pay 25 hundreds again when i refused to pay that money the manager telling me I will face consequences and it’s not gonna be good for me like he was threatening me….so please don’t buy from this people cause they will scam you and even if you talk to the manager ain’t gonna do no….. I’ll call my lawyer now to deal with them cause why you tryna charge me more than my money.. I thought the manager will be more pro and understandable but now they all the same……
Don’t buy from RENT-A-WHEEL-RENT A TIRE in North Lamar, they will scam you.

Raw Wheels & Tires is right up my street that I live on . I've went in and looked around and I can say this for sure........the place gives off GREAT ENERGY!!!! There is always some kind of sale going and .........I'll ssy this, i don't have a vehicle and I've been there multiple times because their vibe always puts me in a good mood and i know I'll leave smiling!!!
