I balked a bit when given the initial price for a plexiglass top for my vanity. However, not only was the turnaround time a few days (rather than the two weeks I was initially quoted) the piece was absolutely perfect. Edges smoothed as I had asked for, carefully wrapped, and they offered me the remainder of the cut piece. I declined, since I couldn't think of a use for it and I knew they would be able to use it. The women I spoke to several times, Sydney, was very kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The size is perfection and I am happy I went with the 1/4" thickness as was recommended. I would definitely be a repeat customer should I need anything cut in the future. Thank you, Regal Plastics! You are Regal indeed :)

The staff was courteous and helpful in setting up our order for delivery in Waco. They spent over an hour helping to plan our project and get us the right polycarbonate materials with some basic installation training. The wife also liked the office Pug.

We had a custom tray made for a dog pen & it's perfect. Fits like a glove. They were very easy to work with & very reasonably priced. The tray is very heavy duty also. Definitely recommend them if you need anything custom!

Juliana and staff went above and beyond to fix a misunderstanding with a serious time crunch. I’ve used Regal many times and plan to continue doing so because of the tremendous customer service and quality work.

I know there is an old saying about how many times to measure and how many times to cut….but I screwed up. That being said, I would never think that ordering the wrong sizes on over $1000 of custom cut plexiglass could turn out to be a good experience, but Juliana and the staff at Regal Plastics really saved me. It was still a painful lesson but they did everything they could and got the order rushed and recut after I gave them the correct measurements. Great people make a great company.

Julianna was fantastic to work with!!! She provided us with the help we needed and answered all of our questions. She sent us our acrylic sheets by UPS and provided us with the tracking number as well. She made the entire experience so pleasant. We'll definitely call Regal Plastics any time without hestitation!!!

I called Regal Plastics thinking I was talking to San Antonio but I dialed Austin by mistake. I spoke to Julianna and she was so helpful, answering all of my questions. She promptly sent me the item I needed by UPS and provided me with a tracking number. What great customer service! I highly recommend Regal Plastic and Julianna!

Absolutely great products as well as amazing customer service. I was looking for a composite aluminum material to cover a door structure. They were able to direct me to what I needed, they had the product on hand. Had it cut to the sizes I needed within a day. Juliana knows their products, backwards and forwards, got me lined up on what I needed and I was on a timeline so she kept me updated and let me know the minute my order was ready.I will definitely use them again in the future for any type of plastic or composite

i having been customer for 10 yrs, and i never have seen this company hire a crooked manager working for Austin branch in my 10 yrs. I ordered a sheet acrylic and was charged 3hours of engraving for $450.00(150.00 per hour) i think they over caculated the hours for this job. But worst of all the tech guy engraved incorrectly (look at the images) and the manager not willing to refund or redo it correctly. I will definitely take legal action against them. FYI, there are other Plastic Retailer that are 25% cheaper than Regal plastic. Call compare price with Plastic Retailer : Laird Plastic and Allied Plastic Retailers on all their plastic material are lower than Regal Plastic. If you dont believe me, call and you guys will find out.

I have done larger projects with Regal Plastics in the past but I went into the store today for something very minor. I didn't tell them who I was or the company I worked for - I just asked for help with something very minor. I could easily have been blown off. Ian was the one that helped me, listened, was patient and solved my issue. This is the company I will continue to do business with in the future. It's not what you say, it's what you do that separates weak from strong and average from great. Integrity matters in these crazy times.
