Shopping experience was great. Jaye, was awesome. Helped me understand the pros and cons of them boots I was looking at. And was patient while I tried on multiple options. Didn't pressure me when I said I needed to think about it and shop around, which was a big factor of coming back the next day. Really happy with the boots I purchased and will definitely be wearing Red Wing for the foreseeable future.

Store was clean & inviting. Layout was clear & accessible. Selection was great.The gentleman waiting on us was outstanding- friendly, professional, helpful, efficient without making us feel rushed.

Went with my husband to purchase new work boots. We were helped by Jaye. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. Bonus he also speaks Spanish. He helped my husband choose the right boots for his line of work. Unfortunately the boots we needed were not in stock but he ordered them for us. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Salesman was friendly and professional. Selection was excellent including sizes.There's no way I'd ever be able to cram my foot into the machine recommended size though, lol.

Kid in black Tacoma was 20min late opening the store at 10:20 on a Friday morning while multiple people waited and couldn't even muster an apology to any of us.Poor customer service, poor attitude.
