I’ve been a loyal Red Wing customer for a long time, but I’m really disappointed with my most recent purchase. I bought a pair of boots only about six months ago, and the pull strap ripped, making them uncomfortable to wear. When I brought this to the store’s attention, I was told it was just “wear and tear” and nothing could be done.I wasn’t asking for a refund just some kind of discount or consideration toward a new pair, since I was planning to spend another $300+ in your store. Unfortunately, I was told there was no help available.For boots that cost over $300, I expect them to last much longer than six months, and I also expect better support from a company that prides itself on quality and service. Because of this experience, I’m will be taking my business elsewhere.

Came to the Red Wing off Brodie Lane. Wendy and Johnny were extremely helpful. Once I found some boots I wanted to try they took me through this cool measuring process where they scanned my feet. After explaining the results they brought the boots I wanted to try with insoles. They fit perfectly and the insoles are a game changer. Thanks to them my feet are happy

Went in there this past weekend hand had a good experience. Wendy brought me out multiple pairs of boots. I wanted to buy two pairs but the others weren't in stock in the color I wanted. I just bought one and we'll be going back for the other one.

I was told by Jaye (employee) at the time of purchase that I could replace my boots within a year, no questions asked—but now they’ve gone back on their word and claim it’s only for factory defects. Extremely disappointed with the misleading information and poor customer service provided.

Mason took care of me and got me what I needed. When you go in, they take a 3-D scan of your feet to make sure you get the exact right size. First class operation from start to finish.
