New stylist destroyed my hair . She was definitely unexperienced stylist that fried my hair and put bleach unevenly in my hair buut paid full price like if I had receive service from someone with a lot of experience. They tried to fix it by adding more bleach.. not going back.

I have been a customer now for over 3 years. The staff is fantastic the salon is very upbeat and I thoroughly enjoy my visit every time I’m there. My stylist Natasha is just wonderful ❤️

Ask for JD. He's a great stylist and knows how to cut both mens/women's hair like a pro.
Hair type: Short haircut. Fade around the sides, cut the top about 1-inch with scissors to style with putty.

I got my hair done on Monday 7/29 with Mallory. She’s a cool person but my hair was not what I asked for. Considering how much I paid for it ($330+), it should’ve been as close to what I asked. I tried giving it a chance but it’s upsetting. At this point I would like some type of reimbursement because it was a lot of money for hair that looks like nothing much was done to it…

I leave every appointment with Lala confident that my hair looks amazing! I appreciate how it is obvious that my preferences are included when she provides recommendations when discussing new styles. My appointment is always the highlight of my week due to the atmosphere that Lala has created!

A very good experience. All staff were helpful and friendly.
Stylist: Erin started with a consultation confirming what services I was booked for and asking about what I was looking for with my cut and my hair goal before starting, checked in during the process, and asked again at the end to make sure I was happy with the service. I'll definitely be back!

I have been to Red Stella Hair Salon twice and have had a warm and pleasant experience both times. It can be intimidating to visit a new salon, but Mallory was the best in explaining what the haircut might look like / best ways to protect my hair / etc. when I showed her the cut I was interested in :)
As far as the ambience, the salon could not be cooler! Every station seems to be personalized, there’s plants all over, and there are snacks + beverages while you wait (I haven’t grabbed any, but I think they are complimentary).
Overall, really good experience with my stylist, no problems scheduling, and there’s ample parking in the garage! 10/10 would recommend folks make this their salon of choice ?

I made an appointment for a haircut with Melody and was so very happy I did, she took her time and gave me a perfect cut, worked mostly after she had dried my hair and took a lot of my hair that was weighing my hairstyle down...I LOVE the cut and the salon is beautiful, full of great hair products, perfume and jewelry and most of all very friendly vibes! I completely felt at home!

I loved my experience here! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. JD, my stylist, went above and beyond to make the whole appointment absolutely perfect. I'm not a big fan of my hair as it and was wanting to change that. JD gave me a hair color consult and product recommendations that I am super excited to follow through. They also gave me a cut that made me fall in love with my hair. I know that's a lot to put on just a haircut, but I felt like the main character in my own life again!
