Susan is the best insurance agent we’ve ever had. She’s super responsive, even if she’s off that day, and her communication is always clear and concise. Whenever we’ve needed to make changes to our policies, she shops around and lets us know all our options. When you’ve got numerous policies, accuracy is important, and Susan checks things over with great attention to detail. Insurance at it's best is a tremendous thing to experience. Insurance at it's worst is something no one should have to go through. In 2001, I started using Mike Pennington as my personal insurance agent and eighteen years later, I am still with Reata and have experienced exceptional, personal service throughout these years. Insurance is a personal need but it is also very complicated so an agent like Mike, Susan or Bryan can be extremely helpful in guiding you through the available options to make the best decision for your personal needs. In addition to being very knowledgeable about insurance, all three feel like true friends who will take the time to listen while i explain how many cars my son has wrecked! And at the same time find me a better insurance package because of those wrecks!
