Several times they randomly included non ordered items with my delivery and then auto drafted my card for the products in a separate charge, then stated they would not refund the charges for the items never ordered. Canceling was a pain and they do not provide proof of cancellation at all, you just have to hope for the best. Offered no reason as to why they kept adding random items to my auto ship orders. It felt shady.

I canceled my water and they still sent the water and keep sending me a bill. They refuse to pick up the water I didn't order. I have like 20 jugs in my office I don't need. Help! Remove it from my bill!

Horrible service. They have failed to deliver, or have canceled delivery 3 times. Definitely would not recommend this company. Totally unreliable.

Prices are high, and they just went up. Service is OKAY. Customer support is a joke. They can cancel deliveries when they want and not tell you. However, on the same note, you can try to cancel or reschedule a delivery and it will still show up. They will offer you discounts and concessions to keep you as a customer, but getting them to actually give you those discounts is nearly impossible.

If only I could have read the reviews before ever regretting to get their services! For starters it is so over priced for water and most importantly it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to cancel their services! I canceled weeks ago and tried to have them pick up their gallons and reservoirs and they rescheduled me 4 times!!! Not only did they take forever to finally pick up their items they charged my account afterwards and calling to see why they did they informed me that the charge was a mistake they needed to actually charge me 50$!!!! For canceling and having them pick up the water cooler!!!!!! Mind you there is NO CONTRACT. Save yourself the peace and mind and DO NOT GET READY REFRESH SERVICES!!!!!

Be cautious, there is no contract, but they will charge you late fees like crazy. My card got compromised and I forgot to update the new card with them. By the time I realized we had decided move, and I figured since they weren’t delivering they would just stop charging. But no, they kept charging late fees, when I called to cancel, they said they couldn’t till the account was brought up to date, which was like a hundred dollars. In the mean time they keep charging late fees. How are the late fees for deliveries I am not receiving.

UPDATE: Down to 1 star - the number they provide to trouble shoot just goes through multiple ads and in the end I got an auto recorded line trying to sell me on medical devices. Still no luck contacting ready refresh .Like having the spring water delivered for convenience but I feel scammed.Price of bottle was $6 two years ago when I signed up now $13Deliver prices have gone up every few monthsWhen I try to reduce costs or potentially cancel they say call a number and I can’t get to anyone because their line is busy . Feels like there is no way to control costs once you get sucked in

I’ll never understand how these guys stay in business. Zero customer service skills, and during the pandemic you couldn’t call for help. Their reps are beyond useless.

Worst company ever ! Scammers & Liars !Not only do they not deliver bottled water but sent messages saying that they did . I had to spend hours on customer care explaining I didnt receive water only to have it rescheduled and then same thing repeats no delivery . Fed up I closed the account which is again a pain , they then started billing me reconditioning fees for dispenser 50$ which was never mentioned to me when I signed up for the service . Even after explaining this to the agents over call multiple times , they keep sending emails & calls for same . Its a nightmare to deal with them. Please be careful & do not sign up forReadyRefresh , you will lose your money and peace of mind

Awful!! Deliveries made when they were canceled. Credits that take months to go through. The delivery drivers are very nice but the company overall just so bad.

I have the worst time getting deliveries from this business. They give a 4-5 hour delivery window, then consistently have to reschedule. They've said they delivered when they didn't. I've spent countless hours talking with customer service each time. Now they're jacking up the prices and still not delivering on time. No thanks. I'll find somebody else.

This company is too expensive and delivery drivers leave drinks at your door that you don't even order and charge your card on file to be considered an up-sale for commission. Then you have to call the company and get put on hold. Let them know the driver added something without your authorization, then wait 5 business days for your refund. It happened 5 times and my account was even notified not to leave additional items at my door that wasn't part of my order. It happened over and over again, this made me cancel my account. So if you decide to join this company expect unauthorized charges and drivers to drop things at your door that you didn't order such as red bull, mineral water, upscale glass bottle water, Arizona tea ect...Ready Fresh rips People off

Anthony Brown did a great job, not only delivering but retrieving the old water bottles from our home on 10/24/23 around 12:30 pm ET! He was very professional, helpful and friendly! Thank you Mr. Brown!!
