When my husband and I were suddenly relocated for a job out of state, we knew exactly who to call to sell our house. As usual, Chase and his team went above and beyond to help us sell our house quickly! The customer service and genuine care they show for clients is unbeatable. Despite being in an overwhelming market while moving to a different state, Chase made the process simple and helped us get in touch with an amazing agent in our new location. Chase did a very good job selling my house. He told me what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale and answered all my questions. He took care of staging, listing, and negotiation with the buyer. Overall it has been a very smooth process.

Janet is awful to deal with and so unprofessional! She wasted our time and caused us to miss out on other properties due to her lack of responsiveness and her blatant lies.

My sister and I worked closely with Laura Janszen and she was nothing BUT AMAZING! She had quick responses to all of our questions and kept us updated on new houses that went on the market, to rent. The only time we could look at houses was after 5 PM during the week and that was never an issue for Laura. She was happy to drive with us from Manor to Pflugerville to show us houses. Once we picked a house we liked, Laura made sure the process for applying was easy. Laura has continued to show us love by stopping by and giving us gifts! She truly treats her clients like family. One does not normally buy a home site unseen during an out of state relocation, but we did, using the eyes, ears and familiarity of Chase in the area we were looking. We made one hunting trip into town and really didn't find anything that fit our parameters, but then we got his phone call when he came across our current house--which strangely was on our original list of places to see, but we opted not to. Upon further research on his end, we really feel he found us an uncovered gem in this place. That description is proving to be true as we settle into our new neighborhood. Thanks to Chase (and the Tribe Realty Austin support team) who all made a very complicated and challenging process, from the appraisal to the loan app, fairly painless in what could have been a very painful experience.
