Extremely overpriced grocery store. I'm surprised this place is still in business to be honest. Go to Central Market down the street or to one of the many HEBs within a few miles away.

Expensive and Mis-Managed
Why bother to open the doors or let people wander the store if there are no open checkouts?
The angry, armed dude in tactical gear blocking the exit shouting 'Drop it, thief!' when asked about a clerk to ring up my purchases was a nice touch.

Was dropping in for just a handful of items since HEB was further from me. First went into the women's restrooms and noticed (very inconveniently) that there were no trash cans or receptacles anywhere to be found. Like wtf, what year is this? This is asking for certain things to be flushed that shouldn't be.
I shopped elsewhere, ladies... you'll get it.

I like this grocery store but their prices are SO HIGH. Normal things like Cold Brew and Yogurt that everywhere else sells for $5.50…. $8:99 AT RANDALL’S. Even Whole Foods has better prices than this place.

I was attacked by a crazy person at the gas pumps. No security in sight, just maniacs. Safety doesn't appear to be a concern for this establishment

Need to work on instocks, Everytime time there is a sale product is gone. Ad starts Wednesday gone by Friday? Doesn't make sense not to order enough.

I've never been to this store, but I was particularly anxious when I saw online that they had black raspberry ice cream. Coming from Pennsylvania, it's very easy to get the ice cream anywhere, but here it's pretty scarce. Rushed in, and the store was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

You get the strong sense that people work here because they were fired from HEB. Packaging is routinely dented and torn, you see expired products on the shelves. I've had products that were moldy inside the packaging because they were improperly stored. It's close and it's cheap so I come here, but too many times has it not been worth it.

i love the bakery there I stop by every morning for a bagel and a drink from Starbucks, also just recently I got a plate of chicken tenders and wedges fries and it was absolutely delicious ? highly recommend the bagels are so soft and big ??

Lines on a weekend night are way too long. Super frustrating to have two cashiers open when there are no less than 10 people waiting.

I had no idea how expensive Randall's really was until my last visit. My sister said "its not too bad w a card" so we used here card n it was still atleast 3-4 dollars more than the store i usually shop at. So i wont be shopping there again.
