My experience with Ms. Rangel and her team has been excellent.Both the furniture we bought more than a year ago and the one we bought a few months ago are still in perfect condition.The prices are affordable and if you are not sure what you need, they also offer you advice and even help you process an interest-free loan.Lastly, the people who deliver the furniture are super friendly and leave the furniture assembled and ready to use.

My experience was superb. I called in as the website suggest and I'm so glad I did. The customer service surpassed my expectations. Honestly I didn't know what to expect, I just needed a couch for my new apartment. Rob was so kind and welcoming even over the phone. My purchase was a breeze as if I had walked into the store. Everything was done over the phone which was super convenient for me as I work from home full time and have school aged kids who are very active so shopping online is my only way most days. Even the delivery guys were super sweet and very respectful. They were a two man crew and were very efficient. This is my first piece from R & R but won't be my last. Thank you guys for all you do! ❤️

I can't say enough about Rob and his team at R&R furniture. He went the extra mile to make sure the recliner for my mom was the right one. He kept in touch on availability and delivery on a regular basis. He is very knowledgeable and offers good suggestions on what will work. His prices are very competitive. I bought a recliner there as well and love it. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back again.

I can't speak highly enough about Rob and his business. Everyone knows couch (and furniture) shopping can be a drag, especially amidst moving to a new city. I was blown away by the service and the patience to help me secure exactly what I wanted. Within three days of walking into this store I had a couch in my apartment. If you're on the hunt for high quality furniture and superb customer service, give this local family owned store your support.

Buying furniture from this store was a breeze. As I entered, I was immediately greeted by Rob who showed me around the furniture I need and let me know about the available offers. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes to setup and the movers came on time less than 48 hours later. The bed, mattress and nightstand that I bought for 1000 bucks were absolutely amazing given that the name brand is Ashley. Totally recommend doing business with R&R.

Came across R&R doing some research, nice family owned - I LOVE my bed frame and couch!! I also bought a copper mattress, all without seeing any of it. I trusted Rob, whom was very prompt and informative. Everything is how I imagined! I want to buy more just bc the customer service and delivery was soooo top tier. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! If you are looking to find great furniture and to support a local family-owned business, this is the place to buy from. The owner and her son are the sweetest and up front with pricing, furniture care, and delivery. They also work with many non profits in Travis county that help with housing chronically homeless, veterans, and the aging population. My partner and I felt very welcomed and everyone was super friendly. You can get wonderful furniture while also supporting your community. Highly recommend!

Stopped by the store this morning in search of a sofa, and while we didn't end up buying anything, I was impressed by the low-pressure sales team (we talked with Amy). The rates on their furniture are reasonable and they carry a variety of styles. I will definitely come back for future furniture purchases.
