I got blood withdrawal at Quest , my lab delayed 5 days , usually turn around 24 hours this time it’s been 5 days , i don’t know if they they lost my sample or something. my arm full with bruises also I never had this problem before. I’m thinking asking my doctor to switch my lab to different company.

I would leave zero stars, unprofessional setting. I had scheduled appt on Monday and system was down therefore no estimate on when it was going to get fixed. It would have be nice to get a text to cancel appt. As they do have access to contact info per that’s a separate check in system. I showed up and wasted my time

I don’t usually write bad reviews but I was very disappointed in the level of service I received. I just showed up at 3:35 for my 3:30 appt and sat and waited for 15 min because someone had a 3:40 appt. Once it was my turn at 3:50 she asked if I had an appt & I said 3:30. She said sorry, you missed your appt & there’s no walkins. I said it would’ve been nice if she had mentioned that when I got there. She said “ Ma’am I was with a patient, maybe it would’ve been nice if you made it to your appt on time, have a nice day(very rudely)
This lady greeted me when I came in at 3:35 & could’ve easily told me I missed my time & would need to reschedule instead she just let me sit there.

The phlebotomist was incredible. She was patient and kind and so good at her job that I didn't feel a thing. She really ought to get a raise for manning that whole station by herself. She was incredible.

Had a stress free, pain free experience with Jane this morning. I checked in a few minutes late but was called almost right away and out the door within 10 minutes.

Their website says they accept walkins but they do not. I came in at 7:30 and the tech told me to leave because she had back to back appointments, and that it would be “very unlikely” for her to have an extra 10 mins to squeeze me in. Whenever there was time between appointments she would sit on her phone. Finally when there was a gap, she let a man go in 20 mins before his scheduled appointment time and had a casual conversation with him before the next appointment so she wouldn’t have to help me. This was my first time here and I will make an appointment in the future but I feel like it’s unprofessional and cruel to punish people for not making an appointment when you say on your website that you accept walkins.

Terrible experience and rude staff (Bexley). I had a scheduled appointment for that day and she scolded me for showing up too early. Every opportunity she could, she made sure to be difficult and insulting. I highly recommend avoiding the hassle of this location.

Rafael, was excellent, very professional and courteous, I always dread going in for blood work, don’t like needles and being poked and prodded, but Rafael was excellent he definitely knows what he’s doing because he got Got it the first time,no I was in and out without any pain or stress restaurant?. well definitely make this place my go to place for lab work and make sure I get Rafael!

Quest website says walk ins accepted, they are not. The entrance also looks like a private office, with no signage except for the name Quest, and a keypad entry door.
