Tom and his team did a great job restoring my Jeep Wrangler after a nasty accident destroyed my entire driver's side. I originally wanted to take my car to a Jeep shop but after calling around, Tom came highly recommended from folks in the Jeep community. Overall the work was beautiful and my car looks exactly as it should. Then when I came across some minor issues afterwards, the team was really good letting me bring my car back in so adjustments can be made. The car drives like the day I got it!

I had the absolute best experience at Quality Auto Body North! Santiago is excellent at what he does. After some significant hail damage to my car, I never thought it would look the same...Santiago and his team made my car look NEWER than before the storm! Also-- Jackie is so incredibly helpful and kind, and it was so fun talking to her/hanging out in the office while I waited for some of the final repairs to get done. All in all, I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Body North to anybody in need of great car service!

I had the best experience here! Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure that you are fully informed and taken care of. They consistently updated me with everything that was going on with my repair. I just got my car back, and it looks amazing both on the interior and exterior. I definitely recommend!

I took my car in to get some damages fixed on the side. Santiago Ramirez worked on the car and I could not have asked for a better job. Santiago was communicative on expected completion, did an excellent job, and when I picked up my car is was washed and cleaned. Santiago and team truly went above and beyond. They also completed the job at a much lower price than what I was quoted at another auto body shop. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal customer service and great Quality repair. I am a retired US Army officer and I have served my country all over the world and I can tell you that it's difficult to find a business that operates flawlessly in every aspect of their operations. Quality Auto Body is exactly that type of business. Quality Auto Body provided me amazing customer service and even better Quality repair, greatly exceeded my expectations!! We used them for repair on two vehicles after a bad haill storm. They communicate about progress and did the repairs in a timely manner. We had a small issue after the fact and the addressed and fixed the problem right away.

You are kidding me. This is the most kind most reliable auto-body I have ever been to. As a woman walking in, you expect to be swindled and stressed out. They fixed my issue for free because it was so minor. Kind people, awesome office, amazing service. THANK YOU! You will not find better service than this, coming from a car problem expert, haha. I have had some work done at the North Lamar location. The work was done excellent and was done on the time frame.i was told. Finding a great shop sometimes can be intimidating but this place is where Quality really lies.

Received estimates from eight different auto body shops in Austin. Quality Auto Body North had the highest estimate by far. The quote is $1100-2600 more than seven other body shops. Not trustworthy.
