I'm so impressed with Quality Auto! They made my whole headach of a situation so much easier. My car was hit by a drunk driver in a parking lot. Not only did Quality Auto do an excellent job repairing my car (including new headlamp, new fender, repaired bumper, repaired scratched wheel and dent), they handled the insurance claim with the other party and literally made it super stress free! Highly recommend using them! My car looks like brand spanking new!

Called to get an estimate for body work and told them what kind of car I have.
They told me "come in next week on Thursday, between 9-5 and we will look at your 2002 toyota and get you an estimate.
So I just waited almost an entire week for our soft appointment today (thursday), and now they tell me they don't work on year 2002, they only take cars less then 20 years old.
1 star for wasting my week because now i have to make another appointment with someone else. And 1 star for wasting my day because I took the day off work for this..thanks guys, yall suck!

My estimate only took 15 minutes, they were extremely thorough, and gave me a detailed free estimate of what I will need to replace my front bumper: )

They did a really good job on the repair. It looks brand new, however it did take a little longer than I expected. It also cost a bit more than I thought it would. I was a little upset, except I would rather them take the time needed to do a really good job and buy the needed parts then cut corners. They also had good customer service when I had questions. I would use them again in the future.

Quality Auto body South....it tells you what they are in the name!! QUALITY!! they gave me top notch quality, I did my research before getting work done, however quality Auto body South, was the best selection, and I am 10/10 happy, I definitely recommend them!!!!

I wish there was a higher score I could give Quality Auto Body South .Our experience with the company was excellent. Understandably being a 11 year old car they had to wait on receiving some parts, however, they kept us inform of the progress on our vehicle with timely updates.The workmanship done on our vehicle was over and above all expectations. When we picked up our car is was beautiful. It actually looked better than it did when we purchased it used off the car lot.The crew was always so polite and informative. We will be recommending to our friends and family.Thank you for a job well done.
