My first barre class ever and it was a humbling experience but such a good workout!! The class was hard and I will say my form/flexibility is not that great haha but Anna came by frequently to adjust my form and others during the class, which was extremely helpful. I know with time/practice I can get better but I definitely would take Anna’s class again.

Very challenging class. Anna was great! She pushed me and was very hands on to help with my form so I could understand the movements. Tough workout for sure and I will definitely be back.

I started Pure Barre six weeks ago and I love the classes. The challenge is on point and there is a great variety of class times so it is easy to fit any schedule. All the instructors are very professional and helpful in guiding me to get the best workout and correct positions. It is a confidence builder for sure.

Brittany’s Align class adds variety to the typical Pure Barre week. Her positive energy, gentle encouragement and technical expertise make it a welcoming class for everybody. It’s the perfect recovery with guided meditation as the cool down.

Simply stated, join Pure Barre. For years I have taken barre classes at Bar Method, Equinox and Pure Barre in NYC, Connecticut and Miami. This studio exceeds all my expectations with classes at three locations for members. Also special feature classes about nutrition or barre intensive classes are included. The instructors give individual attention in the smaller classes and the breaking down the barre class. The best barre program is here!

Fantastic studio, great instructors and wonderful program. I've tried everything and joined many gyms over the years, this is the most challenging and transformative program I have experienced. I love the Domain location! They do a wonderful job of making you feel a part of a community-- they run the classes in a professional manner and all of the instructors are top notch, I just can't say enough about the program. Highly recommend .

I really enjoy pure barre. I changed from Pilates to barre and don’t regret it. I definitely have more strength than I was getting with reformer Pilates. The staff is awesome and I love how every class starts right on time! Classes are challenging and always changing so they stay challenging which it the only way to get stronger. Plenty of class options and a nice studio

If you want a good workout that really focuses on your glutes and thighs, try a Pure Barre class! Despite what Google Maps shows, this studio is located across from Forever 21 and next to Spa Reveil. Everyone at the front desk is always friendly and greets you by name. All the instructors that I've taken a class with have been energetic and welcoming and address you by name during class. There is a small retail section in the shop where you can pick up some sticky socks and another apparel. There's a small area for you to take off your shoes and stash your stuff in cubbies. The props are outside of the room, so you'll grab those and then go find a spot at the barre. Then get ready for a fun, 50 min, quick paced workout. Don't worry if you don't know some of the moves as the instructors will come by and ensure you are targeting the right muscles. I'd recommend arriving a little early to find parking. If you come on a busy day, you'll have to drive around and look for a spot .

It seems that Pure Barre’s workouts are designed so that body and mind will get stronger in a healthy and methodical way. The instructors/practitioners of the workouts are intentional with the exercises and tough enough without being unsafe.I appreciate how the instructors at Pure Barre train students in a way that creates long-term and consistent gains, whereas most of the other exercise studios will just increase the intensity, speed, and temperature of the workouts to make the students feel as if they got a great workout, but in all actuality they just hurt their bodies and left with higher cortisol levels then they went in there with.Pure Barre is a workout that every body and everybody needs. I wish I would have done this my entire life. It probably would have reduced the amount of injuries I have sustained. As an Army airborne infantry veteran, I wish we had been forced to do barre and workouts like this. It more than likely would have helped us reduce the amount of core, spinal, and joint injuries we sustained from ruck-running up/down mountains, airborne jumps, and the infinite amount of other reckless things we did to punish our bodies. If you’re a guy who is focused on strength training in the gym, this will compliment your other workouts and even create more gains. But no matter how strong you are, these workouts will humble you in a good way.As a guy that is constantly perceived as a “meathead” or “bro”, it can definitely feel intimidating walking into a place like this full of leotards and Lululemon. But the staff here has been very mindful and welcoming to me, and I’m thankful for it.
