If you need a F53 RV alignment these guys can do it. Not alot of places can or will work on RVs. Had a little confusion about my appointment and I could get it back the same day. But as promised they kept my RV inside and locked up.

Stellar service, honest folks.I was having trouble finding a place that could service my camper van (too tall or too heavy) and called a bunch of places before Donco’s tipped me off about this place.They gave me a quote upfront without me even having to ask for it and they took me in immediately, did quick work and didn’t try to hustle me for anything I didn’t need. Last weekend we were traveling through Austin in a rented U-haul. One of the tires on our trailer had a flat and this company sent their tech Jesse to assist us. Jesse arrived promptly, was friendly, and very professional. He introduced himself as soon as he arrived, and was happy to answer any questions we had. We let Jesse know we were really hoping to get to our destination by a certain time since we were trying to make an important event and Jesse worked diligently to get us back on the road in no time; and we were able to make our event. Thank You Jesse and Purcell!!

This review is overdue by a month or so..but deserved, so better late than never..I was in a rented RV for F1 race weekend and picked up a nail before I even hit the road to the track. The owner of the RV met me at Purcell and it was literally closing time...4:50pm.Hugo, the Store Manager and Jacob (the awesome tech, if that is the right word?) stayed a little over closing time to help me out.I had been to two other tire places in the previous 45 minutes, and they could not help me..but PURCELL did it!They helped me in a big way..repaired the tire, checked all the others just to be sure..and I was on my way.. not to mention they sent me with the most awesome parting gift..a neon pink coffee mug - much used over that weekend for sure!I don't own an RV, and I don't live near this location, BUT I would highly recommend them to ANYONE!!

I took my box truck here to have an alignment done, due to a severe vibration problem. It ended up being in the shop for nearly 2 weeks, due to understaffing. They ended up replacing two tires and all the ball joints in the front. $1500 later, truck drove WORSE than it did before the work. I took it back, convinced that it was just a poor wheel balance. Sure enough, balancing was off (again), but it never was fixed.Many months later, struggling to find someone to work on this truck and put it on a lift (too tall for most shops), I took it to the 4th shop, and the SHOCK ABSORBERS WERE BAD... unbelievable. The grommets on the top and bottom of the shocks were completely MISSING... how did they not catch this when they had it up on the lift?I'm truly SHOCKED that it was my shocks, but needless to say, this is why many guys just work on their own vehicles to begin with. I would have done these repairs myself, just didn't have a lift to work on it.Very dissatisfied.

Being a woman, mechanics tend to try and take advantage of my "knowledge". Little do they know, lol. The first thing I learned in trucking was all about tires. These guys here? I would recommend them to anyone. They did a fine job locating the nail and then the repairing of it's hole. If you're in the area, these are the guys to come to for tire repair.

Called these guys up to mount a tire for me, turns out it was too tall for my truck and without hesitation Hugo was able to find me a great deal on a new tire and Jacob was great with the timely install. They got me out of there in less than an hour, I will most definitely be going back!

These guys rock! Hugo and Jacob got me set up with fresh Goodyear RV tires for my summer trip. Great service! Also love the huge bays that I can pull my entire rig through. Enter from the back road FYI. Highly recommended this place.

I came here for the first time about a year ago exactly and discovered my flat tire only needed a patch up! It only cost 25$ and they sealed the puncture within 5 minutes and sent me on my way. I was worried the fix was too easy and wouldn't hold but I was pleasantly surprised when the tire held for literally almost a year. Last Wednesday I got a flat on my way to work. It was a clear after I returned to Purcell that this was a slash and wouldn't be an easy fix. I needed a new tire and there weren't any in stock but they were able to go to there warehouse and retrieve a brand new one for me the same day! My tire was fixed in less than an hour and the price was absolutely reasonable at 150$ including labor. The inside waiting room is nice, staff is friendly, fast and helpful overall. Definitely recommend

Purcell does mechanical work on RVs, and I was getting a lot of front end vibration. Hugo and the team diagnosed it, checked everything, and found delaminated front tires and under pressure on the rears. The rig rides beautifully now. A+ work.
