The young lady at the desk was Awesome and the Lab technician was just as great. They made us feel relaxed and they were informative and very professional. The lab technician needs to do comedy he really made the experience enjoyable. Thanks for making a stressful situation calming.I appreciate that!!!!

I came in for a drug screening for a new job and let me just say as soon as I walked in I was rudely spoken to. I was not pleased by how I was spoken to. I understood I arrived 40 minutes before they closed but this is the only available time I have. Their front desk person needs some serious attitude adjustment.

The guy who works there is very straightforward and strick on how he wants things to be done which is great because he treats everyone the same. He doesn't take favors with anyone. Got slot of respect for him

The best pricing I’ve seen compared to other places but extremely rude. I never go out of my way to leave reviews but I haven’t been to a business in quite some time where I was talked to in such a way. Was speechless when I walked out the door. I would never return to this place if I had the choice. Noticed a review from last year saying the same thing! Tread lightly when you walk through this door ?

Mark at the front desk was very rude, borderline combative. We came in to take a drug test for our own piece of mind. Right away I felt like he was treaing me like a criminal. I tried to remain my usual jovial self but Mark made the experience very unpleasant. I understand there may be some unsavory people that may be sent there for probation or whatever. But as a relatively clean cut business owner I was dismayed at the treatment I recieved! Not sure if there was racism involved or if he was just a j*** but Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you have a choice!

Sandi and Zach are a pleasure to work with. They work with me to set up testing for commercial video shoots. They are always prompt with communications and efficient and flexible when working with groups.
