I worked with ProGraphix for two events in Downtown Austin during SXSW. There were great! Very professional, easy to work with, great communication! They were also very thorough in their installation of vinyl graphics. Everything at the events looked great! Highly recommend working with them.

Prographix has a knowledgeable team who ensured quick response and turnaround times for a fairly large order of vinyl and gatorboard graphics. Excellent customer service and excellent quality. We got a table throw made with ProGraphix for some upcoming pop ups and couldn’t be more happy with the final product. Shelbi was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We got a lot of complements on the throw and will defiantly be repeat customers moving forward.

I've had more than 100 vehicles wrapped by various companies in TX, NV, and MI and hands down the BEST customer service experience from start to finish has been with ProGraphix. Not only did they wrap our new van for our community radio station in Wimberley, TX, but they also designed and printed a custom tent for on-site events. Their prices are under market (in my opinion) and I highly recommend them for small and large graphic design and installation projects!

Top notch large format printing and installation! We have used ProGraphix in Austin, TX multiple times for wall/window wraps and large scale banners. All of our experience with them has been excellent. Even in a time crunch they have come through brilliantly, been flexible and provided great customer service. They are my number one go-to for large format printing!

Best customer service ever! I needed alarge photo printed on acrylic in less than a week. They told me it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get the acrylic but would see what they could do. They were able to get it within a few days, printed it and even stayed late after hours so that I could pick it up in time. I tried to tip David for staying late and told him to go get something that would make happy. He refused the tip and said he was just doing his job. He, along with Sarah, did way more than just their job and I am so grateful! The photo is beautiful too!

Our volunteer crew which has been working on restoration of a century-old narrow-gauge steam locomotive in New Mexico for a number of years had ProGraphix prepare some display boards explaining to visitors the history of the engine and the progress of our restoration. Our ProGraphix rep Shelbi Macfarlane and her colleagues were exceptionally helpful and quick in getting the boards printed, and they look perfect. We've now been using the ProGraphix team to provide all our wide-format needs for over 6 years. Our factory is safer and more visually appealing because the department signage is distinct, work instruction signage is clear and informative, and branding on the walls just pops. Through the challenging times of the past year, even our office space with those great gigantic acrylic panels still felt safe and comfortable. We'll continue to use this team for all our large format needs.
