Undisclosed charges, and no resolution when discussing with billing. Didn't receive call back when requested for test results. Not a satisfying experience all in all.

We love this practice! Always an appointment open for someone to take care of us. Special thanks to Alonzo & Dr. Lye, this flu season was really hard on us, they always helped us through it!?

Dr. Lye is amazing. She is patient, knowledgeable, and has an excellent "bedside manner" with both children and adults. My daughters never dread seeing the doctor, which is just such a wonderful thing as a parent. It is rare to find a pediatrician that is so great with kids, explains things in a way normal people understand, and also incredibly intelligent and an expert in their field. However Dr. Lye embodies all of the above.

My son is 5, and we have seen Dr. Thompson since he was born. I adore her! She is so good with my son, and I feel so comfortable talking with her and asking her questions. We've also seen her nurse practitioner a few times, and she is also wonderful. Great place for pediatrics!

Dr. Lye is an OUTSTANDING pediatrician. I have taken my children to many over the years and she is by far the best I have seen. She’s patient, compassionate and very thorough. She also makes it a point to work with parents and patients as a team! It is very reassuring to work with a provider that gives you the opportunity to have a say in the plan of care. The other pediatricians are wonderful as well! We’ve seen them on occasion and loved them too! This is a top tier pediatric team- and I am very thankful for them!

Staff is destroying the practice of otherwise qualified and commendable docs. After years of trying to overlook rude and/or incompetent staff, will be looking elsewhere for entire family. The billing department is setting the practice up for a lawsuit and it's likely the problems are much deeper. Recommend avoiding.

I don't have any experience yet with any doctors or staff besides the pediatric team, but the pediatric team is AMAZING. We primarily see Dr. Thompson, and she is the loveliest. I have always felt like she really cares about my children and about me, too, even though I'm technically not her patient. When we first moved here, all my recommendations pointed me to Beansprouts, but they didn't take my insurance at the time. We have since changed insurance groups and I could go to Beansprouts now (I'm sure they are great), but I don't want to leave my pediatric doctors at Premier Family! I would recommend them to anyone. I've also never had any issues with reception/front desk. They are pleasant and easy to work with in terms of scheduling.

Came here yesterday for a sick visit because my son clearly has an ear infection. They were having me pin him down and he was screaming and this went on for awhile and they still could not figure out if he had an ear infection. It’s never been this hard to figure out if one of my children has had an ear infection ever. They put drops in his ear and told me to come back at 8:10 in the morning. Only to be told, we can’t be seen because they didn’t schedule the appointment. This place sucks!

I am a patient of Dr Gabriel. I have had good experience with the medical staff. Called front desk to request for a refill for severe seasonal allergies. I was told my request might not be completed since medical staff was swamped. My allergies were pretty bad so I requested to be connected to medical staff so that i can directly talk to them but i was told my call can’t be transferred as well. Unfortunately, they were not available when I needed medical help the most.

I think they have always been great with my kiddo. So convenient and helpful. They are always available for emergencies.

With our recent move to the Bee Cave area, my family and I chose Premier Family Physicians for our primary care. To date, I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment, getting my medications, or being seen within a reasonable amount of time. Our doctor is friendly and understands the care we need, and she is always willing to listen. The staff has always been friendly, and if I forget a mask, they've always had one available for me.I honestly feel as though my care and well-being are the priority here. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Natalie has always been so helpful. Anytime I ask her for her opinion on my skin or Ann Webb products she’s always very sweet and points me in the right direction. I have been very satisfied with the amazing work that she does for my skin. She’s awesome, and I referred my daughter to her and would also refer my friends to her as well ?

I'm disgusted by their treatment of their patients.

Not recommended. First round was not successful neither placement wise nor easy release from ear ring dispenser.

I rarely write reviews but felt it necessary to write this one. I saw Dr. Singal as a new patient earlier this year. She spent a grand total of 5 minutes with me, didn't ask any questions, was completely unhelpful in answering my questions and managing my situation. I asked for a well woman exam, she refused because I had one last year. I have a prescription I've been taking for YEARS and am accustomed to annual visits to manage it. During my first appt, she told me I'd have to pay for a drug test. Ok fine, paid my 70 bucks for a drug test. Then when I called in for a refill, they asked for records from my previous doctors office (another primary care doc, who had no problem prescribing me the medication due to her qualifications as a DOCTOR that give her the privilege to do so). Sent those over, and now, less than 3 months after my first appt, they're demanding another appt as a "follow up" which I've never had to do for this medication. I said it didn't make any sense that one PC could prescribe me medication, but Dr. Singal, who is an IM physician, could not and needed my PC notes to do so. Ridiculous, right? I talked to the office manager who literally told me "I know it doesn't make any sense but it's our policy" That comment is what made me want to write the review. Reading others reviews and experiences, I'm seeing this is a trend. The office only cares about CPT codes and getting paid. No focus on patient care. I'll be finding another doctor and practice.
