Post Net on Far West Blvd is like a Dream Come True. I have worked with them on various projects over the past 6 years. 5 Star Service and end Product each and every time. They actually deserve 10 Stars!!Our latest company project was a large postcard for our two companies, Hill Country Pools and sister company, HCPool Construction. Christian was Amazing! From redesigning the Logo, to setting up the post card, coming up with great creative options for the layout, to merging the address files, and making both sides of the post card look fabulous, Christian did it all flawlessly. I had ideas....but his were ALWAYS better! He has that gift!Post Net has fabulous consistent Team Members who are all highly trained in multiple disciplines to meet your needs. Post Net on Far West makes sending a fax, to creating logos, business cards, banners, large sets of blueprints, signs, and Much Much more as easy as a snap. And Yes! They have the machines IN HOUSE to do it all. Thank you Post Net!

I've been using PostNet Far West for years for myself and my clients that need printing done. They beat everyone in price, quality and service. My clients think I have a network of printers that I pit against each other to get the best quote, but the truth is I just send it to Postnet Far West everytime.

UPDATE: I am updating the review and adding one star because David the owner reached out to me and committed to review to see what happened and to make better the process for the mail. The employee I initially worked with also apologized today for the comments and my experience. However, I am still left with the issue of having to deal with the consequences of the lost mail and now the impact of increasing costs associated with picking up the mail at a more frequent pace. Since the process is ongoing, I am happy to revisit my review for any further updates and experience.Prior review:I am very disappointed in my experience today. I get business mail here and they lost a letter that is essential to my business. Basically acted like no big deal. I was told they have a lot of letters to handle. I was then told they would need to wait to have more employees show up so they can look through the back. Took my information down. I didn't get a call, I had to call them. They said that they couldn't find it. 1) How do you misplace mail that you scanned ready for pick up? 2) Why do I have to call you back for the status on finding the missing mail if you completed the search? None of this is okay. Two stars because prior to today for the most part it was fine.

I've seen PostNet for years as I use the Post Office near there a lot but have never gone in, I've been using a different copy store that's a little nearer to my house. Last weekend at the other place I've gone to for years, the self-service printers would not read the file from my flash drive. Won't bother going into too much detail, but ultimately the customer service I received trying to solve the issue was frustrating and would have cost me 4 times what I had planned on spending on the project through the self-service printers.So I decided to give PostNet a try. Amber immediately greeted me, the copy machines worked great (no problems reading the flash drive) and she helped answer all of my questions, including when I got confused over how many copies I'd printed. Definitely will be making this my new home for my printing projects.

My company has worked with PostNet for 15 years, with Post Net printing our business cards, folders, cover sheets and banners. They consistently do great work right away. In the one case where there was a mistake on the business card, they immediately reprinted and rushed us the corrected cards with no charge. They are the best in the business.
