Shopping for a virtual mail service I came across PostNet at 1401 Lavaca St in Austin TX. Thinking I can cut the middle man out and go straight to the source I was wrong. A young Mulatto man rudely addressed me when I stepped in and in no time informed me that the service for virtual mail is ONLY offered through the middle man companies iPostal1 and Anytime mail. He told me to sign up online and they could not do it in store, mind you they are located within walking distance of Texas Comptroller PLUS there is no sign up option on the website, it simply tells you to contact store. The young man was rude and disrespectful in a distasteful manner. If PostNet ONLY offers virtual mail through Anytime mail and iPostal1 understand that you are about to be hustled. They charge for every little thing...makes you wonder what the monthly fee is for. I think I will check out Regus. Good luck to anyone looking into virtual mail and coming across THIS location AT 1401 Lavaca St in Austin, TX.

PostNet offered a luggage drop off service that brought us into the facility. The staff, Michael, was super friendly and professional. Additional personnel demonstrated professionalism while dealing other clientele prior to our departure.

The best customer service I've ever received for printing materials! They are detail oriented and work overtime to achieve the best printing needs for their customers. I've used them for all my printing projects with short turn around time and so very thankful to have found PostNet printing in downtown Austin!

I recently visited the PostNet shop and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to send my packages quickly and efficiently. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked with all the shipping supplies I needed. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this PostNet location to anyone in need of shipping services. Five stars, hands down

I had a return for Amazon for a large bed that cost 300$. I found out here that the shipping label I had required 300$ worth of postage. Micheal helped me greatly in figuring out what I would have to do to get this thing back to the seller. I highly recommend these stores and this particular location for any of your printing or shipping needs. In the end it only cost me 3 dollars to get the issue resolved.

Employees are not really capable of printing jpeg images. It took them almost half an hour of right clicking on windows photo editor to conclude that they need the photo to be pdf. Then, they said a simple pdf converter would "take too much of their time" as the lady claimed they have "things to do". Well, good luck with the things to do in there. I don't recommend this place unless you want to waste your time or watch a live documentary on how to repel customers.

I was in need of some Business and Post cards. I came in into PostNet and immediately was provided with Upmost Customer service and attention to detail anyone could have expected. The level of Communication through out the process was Top Notch. I can honestly say that PostNet has a Customer for life! Tiffany, Sierra, and Michael are all Amazing!

I emailed this store on a Sunday night because I needed a poster printed by that Tues. afternoon. Tiffany responded to my email, gave me a very reasonable quote, and had my poster printed by Tues. afternoon. The poster was printed on high quality paper and looks great! I’m truly grateful to the hardworking, dedicated professionals at this store.
