Excellent customer service each time I went. They search for the carrier with the lowest prices and will even help you resize your box if it significantly impacts cost. I'd give 10 stars if I could: friendly, helpful, personable people and interesting items in the store. A gem of a find.

I've had nothing but great experiences at PostalAnnex! The staff is always friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Whether I’m mailing a package, picking up a delivery, or just have a quick question, they go out of their way to make the process smooth. It’s refreshing to get such good customer service—fast, professional, and with a smile. Highly recommend!

Great prices for shipping across a variety of services, as well as carrying all the supplies needed to package your items. Perfect spot to drop off already labeled packages if you have packages being shipped with multiple carriers. Can also use QR codes to print a label for you!

Always a Great Experience!
We absolutely love coming to Postan Annex in Oak Hill! The owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to help. We regularly bring our packages here and the service is consistently fast, reliable, and kind. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers. The space is clean, organized, and easy to access, it makes sending and picking up packages so much easier and stress-free. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I have been a customer for a few years. The service is top notch. The staff is always helpful. I particularly love that they have addresses stored in their system, it makes it easier for me to speed up the process of shipping items to family and friends.

Extremely helpful. Notarized a document and sent it off for us. Very pleasant. Helped multiple customers at once. They have moved from the side of the shopping center to near Juiceland (suite 607).

I thought I was going to have to visit a few places to get a document notarized, send out a few items, and get stamps, but I was able to do everything here! Lovely little service center, timely help, and Judy was great support throughout my visit.
