While at an event at COTA, I had my header blow apart. I live in Dallas and was driving home and wanted to verify my suspicion, so I headed toward Porsche of S Austin. It was almost closing on a Saturday but Jade opened the garage door to the service entrance with a smile. I explained the situation and she quickly got a technician to run it back to take a look. I will admit that seeing 5 - 6 people all looking up under my GT4 didn't make me feel great. But, I later found out that they were all just checking out cars they don't see often. Anyway, Jade finally came to tell me what actually happened to my car. She brought me out to the technician where he showed me the slit header and advised that it was OK to drive back to Dallas. Both Jade and the technician (I apologize for not remembering your name) were amazing and very helpful.
I really appreciate the assistance and peach of mind provided by Porsche South Austin. Jade/tech, thank you so much for your help. You guys went above/beyond!!!

My experience at Porsche South Austin was professional and informative. My salesperson, Mari and Mathew were very knowledgeable about the Porsche lineup. Additionally, Mari fully explained to me how Porsche could make my experience fast and easy. I’d definitely purchase a Porsche from this dealership in the future.

My absolute favorite Porsche dealership, to the point that I make the drive from San Antonio just to service my vehicle with them. After several depressing and frustrating experiences with Porsche San Antonio (where I live) it was a breath of fresh air to receive the treatment that we got. The moment you walk through the door the atmosphere is pleasant and they make you feel welcomed. Our service representative Jade Pope was extremely helpful, had a loaner ready to go and made it worth the time and effort to drive up to Austin. I will continue to give them my business and buy my next Porsche from them as well. Well done Porsche South Austin !

Best Porche in USA ?? Porche South Austin and world’s BEST sales woman Robin and amazing sales head John…I love this place not because of Porche but because of their friendly nature and treating me like a family….both of them including other staff helped me for everything including insurance or loan and the ?…. Recently bought my dream Porsche. Dalton Meshell was my sales representative throughout the whole process of my allocation, including delivery day. His professionalism, knowledge, and constant communication were refreshing. Made the process easy and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Dalton in the future. Everyone at Porsche South Austin was friendly and very welcoming. If you're looking for a new car. This location is fantastic. Side note...
I even called the maintenance department for questions before purchasing. They were fantastic and answered all my questions before purchase. It's one of the nicest tech departments I've had conversations with.

The customer service was horrible. They didn't offer water or coffee, took too long for everything, salesman wasn’t even able to open the door of any car in the dealership, I’m not expecting royalty treatment.
