Be prepared to spend 20k ADM above sticker on a 911s. What is ADM - additional dealer mark up. What does that 20k buy you... nothing. The Covid inflation days of supply less than demand are quickly passing and customers will never forget how poorly they were treated. I hope you go out of business.

BEWARE!!! They charge $330 per hour for labor. Porsche Houston charges $225 per hour for labor. I will do my best to never use Porsche Austin again.

Alex was BEYOND exemplary during the buying process. He was considerate during our trade-in questions, took lots of time to explain how each button worked in our car, personally answered our many questions after the sale, and even provided an unexpected surprise...the unveiling! My last 3 auto purchases were with Volvo and Cadillac. I did not receive even half of the level of service that Alex provided. A true gentleman! Dennis was very helpful as well during the sales process. I wish to thank them for going above and beyond to make purchasing the Porsche an exceptional experience.

I always expect Porsche South Austin Service Department to do a fantastic job and they did not disappoint for my last service visit on our 2018 Panamera 4S. We live in San Antonio and we actually look forward to having our car serviced at Porsche South Austin. We absolutely recommend your company for its exceptional service and super down-to-earth employees like Michael Ables. Recommend - 5 stars!

Horrible service on my new Cayenne and terrible customer service!!!! I just got it back for the second time they had it for 2 weeks only to be told they couldn't fix the problems bc there was an "after-market alarm system" installed, which is totally false. Meantime, I tried repeatedly and desperately first to reach a service manager, then the general manager, but was told the best way to reach them was for an old-fashioned paper message to be passed to them. Instead, I'd get passed to someone else on the phone or text, but would request again to speak to any sort of manager, only to be told, "THE MESSAGE HAS BEEN PASSED ALONG!" Oh, and the kicker: got my car back today only to see that the phone cord has been yanked from the jack, broken, and tossed on the passenger side. Totally unnecessary as I can't even imagine it was in the way, but if it was, all they had to do was tuck it in the console. Completely disrespectful all the way around and I will not be going back.

Had a Great Experience. Took my car in to have a new windshield installed as well as routine maintenance done. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Was given a loaner car hassle free. All items completed in the timeframe given. In this day and age. Its hard to find people who actually care. So it was a pleasant experience. Until it was time to pay. I guess thats the case with most transactions.

Amazing staff. Called initially with a few questions about setting up my new 718 Boxster; though Dalton Meshell did not sell me the car, he patiently answered my questions and was able to squeeze my vehicle in on a short notice. He also was kind enough to assist me in scheduling a followup first service. They performed an overdue oil change. However, due to my deployment out of the country, it was a month over my protected complimentary service. SA Jade was not only a great conversationalist, she also ensured that the protocol was followed and was able to grant an exception to the rule. Loaner vehicle was a joy to drive while my vehicle was in service. Overall a seamless experience and would definitely recommend over certain San Antonio centers. Keep up the good work Dalton, Jade and Porsche South Austin!

It is imperative that all vehicles undergo thorough maintenance checks prior to being sold. It is unreasonable for a maintenance light to appear on the same day a vehicle leaves the lot, as the probability of such an occurrence naturally is very low. In the event that it is discovered that codes were cleared while at the dealership and the vehicle was sold in bad faith despite being informed of no issues, I will be forced to consult with my attorney to resolve this matter. Despite my attempts to rectify the issue with the dealership, they have been unwilling to address the matter voluntarily. Additionally, I experienced a significant delay in being able to speak with the appropriate representative during my visit to the dealership. I was forced to wait for an hour and a half in the lobby, despite having made my presence known. This delay was unnecessary and caused an inconvenience for me for a meeting that took all of 5 minutes. In addition to the previously stated issues, I would like to bring attention to the fact that there was no windshield wiper fluid present in the vehicle at the time of purchase. While this may seem like a minor concern, it caused an inconvenience when the vehicle was needed after inclement weather conditions. The lack of windshield wiper fluid resulted in a dirty and obstructed windshield after a downpour the day after the purchase. Again, something that should have been discovered during vehicle examination by the dealership.

Service advisor Michael Ables is a class act. Unfortunately, I had a couple major repairs needed this year on my Cayenne. Despite the headache, he handled them with the utmost care and integrity. Not once did overlook or minimize any of the issues I brought to his attention. He was very proactive in updating me on progress along the weeks long process. Prior to him joining Porsche my service advisors left a lot to be desired. To the degree I was questioning my life long love and devotion to the brand. He alone has 100% improved my ownership experience.

If you are in need of service on your vehicle, don't forget to ask for Michael Ables! I stopped in unannounced seeking information regarding the certified warranty on a Cayenne Hybrid I was looking at in Houston. Michael confidently answered my questions and I can't thank him enough. While I did not end up buying that car, I've made it a point to send a photo of his card to my close friends who drive Porsche! Do yourself a favor and see Michael! Thank you!

It has gotten to a point where I needed to mention this so others done fall into this pit. This dealership has got to be one of the worst customer experiences I have had when trying to buy a car. They are more then happy to take a deposit for a "allocation" but after that all the "good service" stops. I did a custom build for a 2023 taycan 4s and was assured I was the first at south Austin so I should be able to get a car in October. They said they'd call in a month to confirm everything, crickets. By 1.5 months it came down to me constantly calling till I got my dealer to respond. At this point the message changed, now I was "tied for first allocation" but I'd have to wait till maybe Q1 of 2023 to get a car because of supply issues. So what changed in the allocation? I know the Ukraine conflict caused delays across the board but at this point how did I become tied? And why did I need to be the one calling to find out what was happening? It's also worth noting that anytime I called the dealership to get an update, if it wasn't the person I was working with I was treated with disrespect and often like I was wasting that sales reps time since they didn't get a commission from me. It shows this dealership as being a brand that doesn't care about you unless they benefit from you directly. The cherry on top of all this, was getting a text saying "oh we have a taycan 2022 that came in on trade if you're interested". Putting aside a lot of questions why it was traded in, like did they get a 2023? I express interest in checking it out but then didn't hear back till day of, because I message again to see when I should come in, to be told "someone already bought it" like what the hell! Why didn't I or someone who had a pending custom order get first look?? Honestly I'd highly recommend you don't deal with this dealership. They seem to have some weird shady practices in place that favorite friends and preferred clients over newer clients. Or at very least the truly don't care about actually getting you a car unless it means your getting it that day. I am still waiting to see when I may by the grace of all that's holy receive my taycan but I doubt it will happen any time soon. And sure I'll need to drag them along the journey to ensure it actually happens.

Great service department, oil change was priced fairly and didn't take too long. Nice waiting room and accommodations. Will go back for future maintenance needs.

Awesome new dealership and service center! Gabe Lewis, the Technician - always takes care of me and he's been working on my Cayman since he was at the North location!
