In my 60 adult years of having to utilize appliance repairmen, this company provided with the most pleasant, stress-free service ever. The service man, Solhail, was an intelligent, respectful, and very patient gentleman. He explained that my Whirlpool washing machine needed a new water control valve. He then stated that my machine was of the age that replacing the machine may be a better option than fixing it; yet he neither sells nor recommends washing machine models. He would've lost money on the repair should I have chosen to replace it. I chose to repair, and he fixed my washer. I then asked him about some faulty appliances in my kitchen, and he spent twenty minutes inspecting them all. He gave me a detailed explanation of how I could correct all of the current problems myself and prevent costly repairs later on. It was a very refreshing experience for this jaded consumer. I received a voicemail from Sohail Anjum on 10/26/23 regarding scheduling a time for someone with Polar Express to come out to diagnose/repair our water/ice machine. The voicemail was promptly returned. To date, I have NEVER heard back from anyone with the company. This is the most UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with. I can only speculate that they weren't going to make as much on a repair job because of the warranty we had on the machine. Regardless, the company we purchased the machine from has been made aware of the issue with Polar Express. I think the general public needs to be warned as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Sohail (bhai) did an excellent job with our dishwasher installation. He takes time to explain the problem in detail and is very thorough with the work. He has an extremely polite mannerism, very knowledgeable and reasonable. I have used Polar express in the past for my kitchen stove diagnosis too.Services: Dishwasher repair

Absolutely best appliance repair service and one I'm really happy to know about. I had a problem with an LG window air conditioner and LG contracts with Polar Expresses, so they sent out a wonderful technician who called in advance, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was nice and helpful and thorough. Best appliance repair service I've ever had!

Great Service - Had a Warranty repair and Polar guy came out 3 times until everything was right. First the Oven shipped to me was defective, then the next didn't fit right and didn't come with a regulator. Last time out they did the job !!Service: Stove & cooktop repair

I had called Sohail twice because my 17 yrs-old Kenmore wall oven did not function at all (caught on fire during preheat last year and after replacing baking elements, it still won't work). Before talking to Sohail, I had called and talked to handyman and electricians, none was able to tell me what might go wrong with my wall oven. After Sohail came the first time, he immediately pointed to me that it was the control panel issue. It is not worth the money and time to fix it. I then scheduled a replacement with him for the 2nd visit. Sohail is a very organized, tidy, and knowledgeable professional. He not only responded quickly, arrived on time but he is really careful handling everyone and did a perfect job replacing my 17-inch wall oven for me. I will definitely recommend him and use him in the future for any appliances issue.

I was very pleased with the service from Polar Express. Sahel (sp?) was able to come by at the end of the day. He was very efficient and very personable. The 10 yr old refrigerator I inherited was running warm in the top section.Sahel explained the problem very well, which is one of the most important attributes of providing a service. He said I needed a part due to repair my defrost mechanism which was not working properly. He said he would send me a quote the next day, and that is exactly what he did.I have Polar Express in my "Saved" places. I'm buying a new fridge instead of repairing the old one, but will definitely call them with any future problems I have with any kitchen appliance, which is their main focus. Great service and great price. Fixed the problem with my washing machine not draining, quick and very fair price, much less expensive than I was afraid and much less expensive than other similar repairs/problems I've had before, so that is most appreciated, it is good honest pricing! Explained everything he did and what was wrong very clearly, honestly, and advised me on other dryer stuff I should do to be on the safe side. The service technician that came to fix my oven has to be one of the smartest people around. He fixed my problem with no parts needed. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He also gave me some free advice on how to fix my refrigerator myself. I will only call Polar Express from now on.

Technician could not fix dryer and gave inaccurate information to warranty instead admitting failure. Which made no difference to them, they got paid either way. Left without a dryer and a bill now. And yes, I did try talking to them before leaving this review.
