I ordered a set of golf clubs from Play It Again Austin TX. There were supposed to be 7 clubs. The description said it came with every club from PW-4i essentially that it was a full set. I had been trying to find a full set of these irons for over a year and to my surprise when I received my clubs I opened the box and I was missing the 7i which is probably the most crucial club in a set. I then contacted Play It Again Austin TX to convey the details of my situation and their response was extremely rude. They said it was my responsibility to count the clubs in the tiny picture they posted of the full set and that I should've never relyed on their written description when purchasing my clubs. I obviously thought that response was a joke and felt I should be refunded the amount of the missing club. Keep in mind I've been looking for these clubs for over a year they were the same clubs I learned to play golf with as a kid. So I ended up tracking down a 7 iron which cost me almost as much as the set with the missing 7i and Play It Agains response was still we will not refund you for our mistake. They then suggested I wait for a label to come in the mail pack the clubs back up and ship then back and wait weeks for a refund. I strongly feel this was their mistake and this is not how you do business. If you as a business make a mistake you rectify that mistake and try your best to not let it happen again. The crazy part is that the refund I'm asking for is less than $15 just on principle. It clearly won't make or break either of us it's simply the right thing to do. I'm sure this review will cost then minimum $15 in business

Went to this location looking to sell or trade a set of left handed golf irons (Wilson Ultras) but was immediately turned away due to the brand. I reiterated they are lefty clubs which I know are in demand. I’ve literally been in the store and heard people calling in asking about left handed clubs. This is what prompted me to bring my set in. Shortly after being turned away without an offer, a couple overheard the conversation and offered to buy them directly since they were in there looking for left handed clubs! The couple Venmoed me right there on the spot and we all left.

Whatever your sports needs these guys have you covered. They have everything from football helmets and pads, to baseball bats and gloves, even helmets. Tons of disc golf stuff, and golf clubs is all sorts of sizes and wedges. Plenty of parking in this location right off Anderson ln. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A lot of the stuff is really high quality, just gently used, broken in really. If you need sports equipment start here before going to a big box store you'll be surprised how much great stuff you can find here.

They don't have any used anything anymore. 60$for a soccer ball that looks like it's from China entering New in the plastic still. Half the store is the stupid disc golf discs and they aren't cheap either. Disc Nation had the same discs for half the price

The level of customer service here is rock solid. With two kids we go through a lot of gear and equipment so buying used is helpful. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are excellent.

Why pay full price when there is play it again sports? My brother went here when we were kids and now I take my kids as they grow through sporting equipment almost as fast as I can buy it. Great way to get more value for your athletic gear purchases. It feels like they have everything!

Kind and very helpful. I ordered online and picked up in store the next day. I like that they keep good track of inventory and post good pictures.I had ordered four disc golf discs online in the afternoon then went to pick them up the very next morning right as they opened. I didn't give them enough time to put my order together and didn't realize that they have hundreds of used discs. Two of the employees looked up my order, then quickly rummaged through the racks of discs and quickly found the four I had ordered.
