I was notified that a disc golf disc I lost was being sold at this store. It has my name and phone number clearly written on the rim. I asked Bird if I could please have it back after showing him my ID and he refused and said I could buy it back at a discount. The reason was that the store cannot reach out to every phone number on each disc that comes in. Fair point. HOWEVER, it certainly would be easy to ask the person bringing in the disc to verify their phone number and simply refuse to take any discs that don't match. I understand that resell shops don't have a legal obligation to verify the authenticity of every item, but this store needs to check its moral/ethical compass. How many other people's lost property are they profiting off instead of doing the right thing?

Whatever you do do not take anything you're trying to sell to this store location. Definitely go to the North location. Today I took my TaylorMade golf clubs to this store to sell them because I haven't been playing recently and the extra money doesn't hurt. The guy working took my clubs and looked at them for a few minutes before telling mecould give me $100 for the set. Which I knew they were worth more than that, I wasn't expecting to get what I paid for them, but I knew what they were worth. So I told him I was just going to keep them. He kinda made a irritated face before handing my bag back. I immediately drove to the location up north and went through the process again. The guy looked at my clubs for a few minutes and told me he could give me $425 for my clubs. I definitely don't think the value of my clubs raised in the 30 minutes it took me to deive north. No, I believe the first guy was trying to get over on me. So my point is to stay away from this location.

I'm new to golf and love coming to the shop to get different equipment so I can experiment before I go buy a high end golf set. My issue is the store hours. I completely understand store staffing but 10am-5pm including Saturdays is completely outrageous. How can you do any type of business. This isn't a bank.... Change your hours so people can shop after normal working hours!

We love Play It Again Sports. With three boys, we have saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars shopping here. The equipment is gently used and the prices are great. This is the best place for youth cleats, baseball bats, and batting helmets. And, they also buy used equipment. Its a win, win! I recommend Play It Again Sports all the time.

This place is legit. Traded in a few golf clubs for a fair credit and used it to buy a solid brand new wedge. Friendly staff. Great selection. Grateful to have it in the neighborhood!

Who needs new sporting equipment? No one. In fact, there's nothing like a weathered mitten or broken-in tennis racket. Helpful and unpretentious staff and owner. Inventory revolves so you never know what you'll find. With COVID, not much used weights.Interested in exploring a sport? Pick up an inexpensive frisbee or soccer ball. They also carry inexpensive supplies such as grip tape, air pins, etc.I keep a bunch of goodies in the back of my truck. Play it again, and again. Highly recommend checking out.

I haven't sold equipment. The 1-star reviews sound like entitled customers. Check um out for yourself.
