Great shop for good greeting cards, bongs, water pipes, sex toys and stuff you won't find everywhere else. The employees are very helpful, as I went through some questions on what items they carry and I got some good answers.

Really great staff! Super friendly and knowledgeable. It's not a huge store but they still have a pretty wide selection. I went in for a battery and realized they sell a ton more stuff. I'll definitely be back.

Shout out to Josh man. He a very cool lay back employee who did well to provide service. Didn't rush didnt have any attitude. Left this place feelin the homeboy vibe. Ask for Josh when u come in man it's not the customer service it's hospitality vibe. ? ? ?

Overpriced, but GREAT selection for a smoke shop... Just a hint: Happy Clouds down the street has a similar selection, a staff that bends over backwards, and greatly reduced prices on most of the EXACT same items as P.K.

I've been coming to this location for quite some time, and it's so far consistently always a good experience that reminds me of classic Austin. They have a nice selection of items ranging from adult to tobacco products, with a mix of novelty items and reading material. They even have a variety of beverages and snacks akin to their brand. The customer service is always good and on vibe. Their pricing is great as well. There is adequate parking in the back of the store. All in all, they have the gamut covered pretty well. I would recommend this location.

I’m a local glassblower- I came in to talk to their buyers about potentially carrying my products in their store(s.) The employee I spoke with was very rude and seemed annoyed, and asked to hold a piece of mine until the buyer came back so they could assess the quality of my work along with my prices- she assured that I would get this piece back. I assumed this was a part of their buying process as there are multiple locations and buyers are rarely present. She got my information, I left a piece of my art with her, and I never heard from anyone, not even to inquire about returning the piece. I returned, later, to retrieve the piece, and no one knew what I was talking about and no one even attempted to pretend to care. I was stolen from- very unprofessional. Way to treat your local artists, Planet K. ?
