The membership cancellation policy is not friendly and fair.I called the customer. Then I went physically to discuss the membership cancellation at home branch. They said $85 is cancellation fees. And they can’t take cancellation request until annual membership is complete.Physically we have to go to home branch next day after annual membership is completed. Then they will take the cancellation request not renew and charge the account.Net net. Hard to be out unless $85 is paid.

This is my favorite location! PF @ Parmer is always a friendly, welcoming, clean environment to workout. The people at the reception desk are so kind and attentive; and so are they people that workout here. I've gotten great advice and have probably avoided hurting myself SO many times. I will definitely be renewing and staying here!

Perfect location for van lifers. There is a Frys (closed) The lot is dark at night perfect for sleepers. There is a gathering community there..Then you can shower and clean up for work. Perfect.

Half the showers have been out of order for months. I've been coming here for a couple years now and I have to say the quality is really going downhill. there is a line for the showers and now there's even mold growing. I would recommend going to a different planet fitness, but ALL the gyms in Austin are out of order... I never have this problem at fitness connection and at this point I'll probably go back

Despite the ample and well-maintained cardio machines, the men’s locker room and shower area exhibit mold problems. Furthermore, there are individuals residing in their cars in the parking lot, utilizing the PF location for restroom and shower facilities. I guess you can’t argue if they’re paid customers.

There's absolutely no employees at this location. I spilled 64 oz of water in the floor, I dropped my water bottle. I stood there so nobody would slip and fall while trying to flag down an employee. Not only was I looking for an employee but several other gym members were also looking for an employee. I finally had to ask a guest to stand at the puddle while I went and found a mop bucket and several wet floor signs to mop up the water and put up signs. This went on for like..15 minutes. Not only that but I pay for a black card and haven't been able to use any of the amenities that I pay for because an employee has to start all of the machines for you and I can never find one lol.....wild.

Out of all these Gym"s...Planet Fitness has still stayed true to what's important and to making sure that everyone is in fact accepted and can exercise in a clean environment. THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION. Other locations are alright but this is my "GO 2" Spot ?

Planet Fitness has always felt like the safest place for me. When I was barely stepping on the scale so I could avoid the truth, they're employees understood that plight. And they encourage individuals to NOT bother others. It is truly a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE! and I dig that!

I find it upsetting and unprofessional for the worker on duty to completely ignore the arrival of a customer, and then throw a thumbs up at me after scanning my check in. I was incredibly shocked by the amount of black mold growing in the locker room as well. upon leaving, I was once again ignored by the main worker at the counter, but was given a goodbye from who I believe may have been a partner, or co worker. My visit here overall was mediocre but the black mold is probably the biggest issue I had seen during my time there. I think it's something that needs to be taken care of sooner, rather than later because the more it goes, the more it grows.

No one is working here. Watched for an hour and a half of people standing by the desk area waiting for someone to help them and no one ever came. At least 5 people standing there waiting when I was leaving. 10/31 4:30-6pm

Staff was super friendly, but the showers were all a tad dirty. Qtip in photo was here when I came yesterday and is still here today. Toilet auto flushed midway both days I was here, which I don’t like. The shower stalls included changing room though and that’s always nice. Not a bad place! Just needs a little improvement with facilities.

Constantly overrun with homeless in the old Fry's lot next door, for one. Further, this gym constantly suffers from either routinely misplaced equipment via lazy gym goers, people overstaying their welcome and sleeping on the locker room benches or outright sleeping on the hydrobeds, and leave mountains of hair and trash in the showers every other week. It's not strange at all here to find either a stench or a wrapper or empty bottle of some sort, or even wads of toilet paper on the floors in the showers and elsewhere. The staff genuinely work their hardest and try to remedy the issues in a timely manner, and they're the nicest people ever. They deserve far better for the filth and downright insanity they often put up with than a mere $12/hr in this economy. The proprietors and management need to do better by their hourly staff, and start finding a way to crack down on inconsiderate or downright slovenly conduct here.

This is the best PF in Austin! They have the best staff working here, it's the cleanest facility I have been to. All of their staff take their time to explain to you everything. This gym should be the minimum corporate standard for PF gyms! Thanks Parmer Crossing staff!
