4 or 5 people have been waiting in the front for 20+ minutes. There is no one to start black card spa amenities for us. This is the second time I’ve waited 15-20+ minutes.
There’s no bell or way to contact the person at the gym right now so we are all waiting. Absolute nonesense to offer amenities and have us paying extra to not even be able to use this stuff while here.
I am NOT the type to leave a review but again this has happened MULTIPLE TIMES and I think someone should be fired or hired. Seriously!

Best group of Employees Ever. They're always there to help and suggest new things for members to do and try.
When you walk in they greet you and let you know if they can help to just ask.
They make you feel like family!!
I'm going to miss them when I move

Very clean* and spacious. A lot of room for cardio even on a busy day but weight machines had a wait (lol) time.
*facility itself is kept very, very clean but make sure you wipe down machines before you use them. Unfortunately there are people that don't wipe the machines when they're done and it's gross.

the staff is friendly, the facility is clean, the equipment is up to the task of personal strength and fitness training ( not for heavy duty lifting ) overall a nice place to workout. almost forgot, very affordable.

I've always been greeted with a smile from the friendly staff. The gym is always clean, never any issues with the equipment and safe environment.

The air conditioner was not working!!!! As I went to do the leg extension machine, I noticed feces on the machine and the floor which had gotten on me and my clothes!!!!! Very disgusted! I did tell the one person that was working at the front desk.

Absolutely love the staff and the cleanliness of the gym, but so damn frustrated with corporate! The A/C has been out for over a week with no communication to members. I have asked several times only to be told that they have NO idea when it will be fixed.
The light bulbs in tanning bed one has been out for weeks, which we notified the front desk twice and pretty sure they told management.
One of the toilets in the women’s bathroom has been out of order for months.
Members pay on time monthly expecting to receive a certain level of service that we are not getting.
It is certainly understandable that things happen, but with the lack of communication it is very frustrating.
