Absolutely amazing service. Our property manager is always communicative and goes out of the way to exceed our expectations as an HOA. Netti is a superstar and has done an excellent job of managing our property.

Absolute disaster of a company. Ran our condo property for nearly 6 years, and they barely noticed we even existed. Completely negligent when it came to actual safety issues, ignored complaints for literally years, then suddenly became actively vindictive and petty once our HOA gave notice we were leaving them. Seriously, the only time they responded to any message within less than a week was when they were trying to undermine the community once we let them go. We also found out that the entire community was severely under-insured, because of questionable tactics they employ in their process. They clearly do not care at all about the residents of the properties they “manage”.

Two thumbs up for my experience interacting with Netti De La Garza as the Community Association Manager for Flagstone Terrace Condos. Netti was courteous, knowledgeable and good-natured in her communications; she took the time to listen to my concerns; and she expressed a sincere interest in helping to facilitate a positive outcome for issues facing our community and its resident. I called about signing up for auto pay on my HOA fees with Alliance Bank. Mae with customer service assisted me through the whole process. She was very patient, helpful and friendly. Her attitude made the experience painless! Thanks a lot, Mae!

I called PB and spoke with Mae. I needed help to arrange for monthly payments of my dues. She was very helpful and courteous and walked me through the process efficiently. We need more customer service reps like her.

They are horrible with communication on management issues for our condos at Tollgate. With no hot water, they don’t answer phones, we’ve gotten 1 update with an unknown date of fixing it, they are rude, dismissive, and they lack compassion for all the families going without basic hot water.
We pay a fortune in fees and can’t even get updated emails on emergent needs in a timely fashion.

The contact for my HOA with PioneerBeck was from the beginning a principal by the name of Kimball Dempsey; this man was such a delight in his responsiveness, competence, and personal courage, compared to the property management firm our HOA had before. I, both as a former Board member and as a property owner, appreciate him very much.

I have been working with a client to get some improvements done on her property that is managed by PioneerBeck and have had very little success in getting assistance until today. Mae came to the rescue in one phone call and did what no one else cared to take the time to do. And it took her less than 5 minutes. Thank you Mae for being an outstanding person and a caring individual. PioneerBeck needs to hire more people like you!

I was calling to get clarity on my billing/charges from monthly dues and a special assessment that was charged. She was clear, calm, answered my questions that I was seeking answers for. Thank you Mae for quick and friendly service.

8 months ago PB raised our association fee by $63.00, close to 30 %! This in itself is outrageous but with these guys it gets even worse. I am on auto pay and assumed they would charge my account the additional amount, but they didn't . They didn't bother to notify me of the auto pay monthly shortfall. I thought everything was good then I received a demand letter for over $600. They charged me the shortfall amount...that is fine. Along with the shortfall bill they sent me well over $200 in late fees and collection fees. All they had to do was notify me that I wasn't paying the full amount each month and I would have adjusted the autopay, but instead they decided to charge monthly late fees. Nice people...right. Crooks, avoid them if you can!!
