I’ve been here twice. The service is 5 stars! The staff were all attentive, welcoming, and did a great job. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. I’ll be coming back again as a new regular. Thank you Pink Cherry!

Very nice people, affordable, and they take walk-ins. This was my first time there. It looked a little dirty and run down - like it needs a good cleaning, a few small repairs. I was also nicked twice (bled a little once - see arrow). She was very sweet and apologetic. When you check out your tip options are "20% good, 25% great, 30% better, 35% best" - I find that off-putting. All could be forgiven (and is), but I am not happy with the manicure. The spots you see on the nails are bubbles that have risen to the surface; I look like I have dirty nails. I asked for her to trim my nails more narrow since they are wider at the top; she did not. The overall finished job was too messy and gooey for my liking. Pictures are less than 24 hours after manicure. My quest to find a great place continues!

The service here is so lovely. I got an SNS dip with french tips, and chrome, plus a standard pedicure. When Sarah was finished with my nails I was stressing about time and didn't think I would have enough time for the pedicure I booked. (My fault, I am going on vacation and need to finish packing, when my previous self booked the appointment, I had planned to have everything ready to go.) Theresa was able to speedily do my pedicure while maintaining the high quality. I will definitely be coming back. Everyone was beyond nice, and checked in at every step to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted! P.s. chrome is hard to capture on camera, but it looks phenomenal in person!

I wanted to love this salon, my nail tech Anna was so sweet and the prices were really good, but after 3 days my gel manicure is chipping, the polish looks like it is bubbling, and my nails are breaking.
I’ve been on vacation and haven’t even been working and they already look bad ?

Pink Cherry Nails & Spa is the very best around. Everything I have ever asked them to do they have been able to do. They always take their time and get it exactly right! The Pink Cherry is the only place my daughter and I will ever go!

Ivana did my nails so amazing & cute!!! It was my first time at this salon and it was so cute inside & everyone is so kind. She was very nice & always asked me if everything looked okay. She was also very gentle with my nails which I appreciate so much !!!

First time visiting Pink Cherry, and the experience was lovely. I did not get the nail tech's name, but she was super sweet, constantly asking my opinion of how the nails were coming out, she did a great job. The overall salon looked very clean, will definitely return.

Ivonna was very gentle and took her time, absolutely love these and will be coming back ? staff was also very friendly and gave me price estimates when asked! My cuticles look great now, I came in for a fill and loved the color selection
Requested style: I had requested French tips with solid ring fingers that had a heart on them.

This is my favorite nail place in Austin, TX. I always get gelx and both Sydney and Sarah are wonderful. I’ve been to other places and they have always chipped or lifted. Here, my nails have lasted me between 4-7 weeks (probably could go longer) and practically look the same, except for my own nail growth. I’ve had no problems with them. They have a great selection of colors and when I show them a picture of what I want, they match it perfectly. I really enjoy going here and they have fixed anything that they/or I don’t think is perfect. They also always ask if I like the nails before continuing. I’ve recommended this place to a lot of my friends and recommend for anyone reading this review. ❤️ Thank you guys!

Ive been thinking of a change of salons and I have never tried this place but it looked cute, thought I would give it a go.
I asked if she could do a very simple design, I showed her the photo and she started. She said to me half way through the design “can you show me the photo again I wasn’t really paying attention the first time” …. I was baffled.
Moments later, she asked me how everything looked and I expressed concerns that it didn’t look similar to the photo.
Her answer: “Well maybe you need to pick a solid color or something because I don’t have the time for this. i have back to back appointments so.”
After she said this to me I felt extremely uncomfortable and I just let her finish my nails. I left the salon with nails I absolutely hate. I did not feel welcome and they clearly hate walk-in customers. it is also super pricey… I paid 127$ including a 30$ pedicure.. I mean all I got was a fill…. I don’t know how that is almost $100…
All these 5 star reviews is crazy.. maybe they’re deleting the bad ones. FYI for anyone wanting to try this salon… I guess you need to make an appointment for them to be nice to you. :/
