This place is absolutely heaven sent!As a professional event planner myself, I have always felt the need to plan and design all my own parties. This year for my son’s 2nd, despite how excited I was to get to work, I decided I needed a break because I had a big 100 person wedding to plan the day before.Leah the owner is an absolute design and party planning rockstar . She created the most beautiful atmosphere for my son and even incorporated his favorite Pinkfong character Hogi. She is willing to go the extra yard for her clients and is easy to communicate with!The venue itself is like a mini Disneyland for kids! Everything is clean, sanitized and organized . In addition, the face painting/balloon artist was insanely talented!The party itself was perfect in every way. Our guest were blown away by the uniqueness of the concept of this little town! The best part is that the experience was completely hands free and there was no set up and clean up for me and my family!Thank you to Leah and her team! I know I can always trust a fellow professional event planner like her to plan the best parties for my son!

Brought a young grade schooler and enjoyed for the 2 hours we were there. Feel that the location was clean and due to the limiting the numbers inside, kept it fun for everyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the owner of this facility. My son has had a 104 temp all week, and on Monday I thought we would still be able to attend the Winter Wonderland event for that Friday. I was wrong. He is still sick five days later. If this was a normal event I wouldn’t be posting, but they cancelled our spot without a refund or an alternative date. Then I was essentially told tough luck on losing the money. The owner was calculated and did not have sympathy for the situation. What already felt like an overpriced event has turned into a bad interaction.Edit: In response to the owner leaving the review below. The option was never given for me to give my ticket to someone in my social network. For example, someone in my neighborhood with a kid. I would have given them the tickets for free. Instead, the option was to cancel my ticket without that option. I was told that the tickets would be sold back to the public if possible. And, you are completely right, it was a few hours before the event. I'm sorry my child was sick. That was not something I could change. But cancelling my tickets without a conversation was unfortunate. Also, I am disappointed you have opted to describe my very direct questions to your manager as a yelling spree. I know several people that have had a good experience at your business, but that was not the case for me. I'm sorry we had to have this conversation on a public forum.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pikopye’s Town and their entire crew. I have always planned big crazy birthdays, and decided to let someone else handle it this year and they exceeded my expectations by miles! You pick your party package, show up and they keep the party on a perfectly timed schedule. I just told them a theme and I was worried they couldn’t accommodate because I’d never seen a trolls themed party by them, but they went above and beyond! They were actually so excited to create the theme for us. I was able to enjoy the party with my children and all the guests. The additions they offer were so fun. We had a balloon artist they bring in, and she was a huge hit! The staff is so kind and welcoming . I highly recommend. My 4 year old and all of her friends and cousins had the best time. There’s even a coffee bar and room I like to call the “dad’s corner” because they can watch football while the kids do their thing. The price is extremely affordable and worth every penny and then some! Thank you so much for making her birthday the best day!!

We attended a birthday party here, and this spot was wonderful! Pikopyes is such a unique and fun indoor play area, and the kids (and even some adults ?) had a blast! It’s a comfortable space, great set up, and very clean. If you do host a party, try to keep the guest list small as the party room isn’t gigantic, but it makes for an enjoyable experience having a limited number of folks! The indoor play area does have a little section for babies that’s separate from everything else which is a nice touch. Staff was very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, and it’s just an overall great space! Would definitely recommend for any parties or general get togethers for families with kiddos. I’d love to see them build another location in Cedar Park/Leander.

This was the most precious place! My one and three year old had a blast and already want to go back. Everything was clean and put in place. My favorite part was there was very little amount of people which made it nice and stress free. We will be back. Dip and dot ice cream at the end was a treat for them as well!

I had a great time at my kids' birthday party, and the event was overall a success. Compared to other birthday venues with a similar concept this place is definitely the best. The staff was friendly and the activities were fun. The last 30 min will feel very rushed and you will probably end up having to help your hostesses. If you are looking to book a DIY package I do recommend that you drop off your decoration two days in advance (which we unfortunately couldn't do due to medical circumstances) and use that 30 min window before the party starts to take family pictures because YOU WON'T get a chance to do it/ or do much at all towards the end. Nonetheless, my kids and all their friends had a blast, and that's what mattered most!

Really nice and clean indoor playroom for kids. They close on Monday and also closed weekends for private event. You can dress up as different occupations in different area. Went on a Tuesday 4pm section and there is only us and another 2 kids. Good thing is you don't need to wait for your turn to play but down side is you don't have anyone to play with except own parents. My son kept asking me when are we coming back to play more. I wish they open for public to sign up during the weekend, this way can set up a play date with friends instead of pulling my son out of his daycare ealier during weekday.

I LOVE Pikopye’s Town on Manchaca! I bring my nanny girl (2 years old). It’s pleasant, clean, friendly! There are so many learning opportunities for young children here. They facilitate remote working parents, there is coffee, some snacks, comfort and Lots of fun! Great birthday venue, too!

We love going to Pikopye. Both of my toddler enjoy going here. My only issue is with the North west Lakeway location. Walked in there first thing in the morning when they opened up. It was so dark in there and I thought the girl who worked there was running behind so she didn't finish fully opening the place so after a while me and few other mom asked the front desk girl if she could turn on the light in the play area but she said she can't because that's how the place is supposed to look like... It was honestly unenjoyable. And quite honestly depressing. For now we'll stick to the Menchaca location.

We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday party yesterday and can't say enough things on how great our experience was at Pikopye's. I booked it online without having ever been there, because of the good reviews. And it surpassed my expectations... Everything about it was perfect, my daughter had a blast and everyone was in love with the place. Highly recommend it!!!! THANKS for making it so special.

My 5 Year Old Son loves Pikopye's Town! He gets to make new friends and play in a variety of top notch themed playhouses while I get to catch up on work for a few hours in the comfy CoWorking Room nearby. They have Fast WiFi, Nitro Cold Brew & even a call box - 10/10! It is our go to when he is off from school but he needs some air conditioned playtime and I need some focused work time!
