I shattered the back glass circle covering the zoom lens on my IPhone 12 Pro Max camera...and I feared the worst!! But owner Eric verified over the phone that he did have the proper replacement piece there on hand for my specific make and model, and I kid you not, he was able to remove the broken glass and get the new piece on IN LESS THAN HALF AN HOUR! ...AND FOR ONLY $40 !! He really saved me!! I was worried I wouldn't be able to use my zoom to capture concert vids at ACL this weekend!! YOU SAVED ME IN A PINCH, ERIC! I will definitely call you first for any future cellphone screen or glass repair needs...!! :))

I've visited this place many times, and I must say, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't ask for a better place when it comes to repairing my family's cell phones or seeking advice.Today, I encountered issues with my phone not charging, but they managed to fix it within just an hour. I was delighted to find out that I only had to pay for a new charger cable.I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and expertise!

Very helpful, place, I came in abolutley scared because of water damage. He diagnosed the problem, and later I new excalty what to do. He also gave me a practically free sim card opener which is something that carrier centers tend to gatekeep, I always kinda felt that people gatekeep those for some reason. The person in the counter seems like a genmiuine guy whos first goal is to help the customer.

Eric was fantastic. He is extremely honest, and knows what he's doing. Apple said the issue is unfixable, and I'd have to buy a completely new phone, and he fixed it in less than an hour. He is unbelievable, you will not be disappointed coming here. In addition to being knowledgeable, he was also a great person, and went through the time to show me exactly what went wrong and how things broke. Will definitely be coming back, and cannot recommend more.

This is a great business and business owner--today he fixed my phone screen quickly, and on another occasion replaced the battery. No up selling, no runaround, just fast, reliable service on your phone, and a great neighborhood location. Highly recommended

This place gained a new customer . I could've went anywhere else and they would have made an easy 50 or 60 bucs off me. But instead the nice woman who was covering that day sent me on my way with advice on what to do since it was such a minor issue. I followed the instructions she told me to do and my phone was back up and running within an hour. Thank you phone doctor !!!

Eric was very knowledgeable and made repairs on several of our family's phones, both old and new. Great inventory of parts, specifically on past phones. Exceptional pricing on services and parts. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a phone repair.
