They do not merely point where a vitamin supplement is located, but will take you to it and explain things about it. The staff will ensure you are completely satisfied and ready before your checkout process begins. This well laid out and spacious location is easy to find as well as extremely clean bathrooms. “I first reviewed the store 3 years ago and gave it a 3/5. Not sure what's changed since then but the staff is much BETTER, so perhaps new leadership or better hiring. Everyone that works at this particular location seems to enjoy working here. They are friendly and supportive and courteous. There's one exception with a person that works in the seafood department who is rude and ignorant and I reported him directly to the store manager rather than rate the store down just because of him. The store would be a 5 if they didn't seem to have HEB brands for everything taking over the store and limited sustainably sourced seafood, and humanely treated meat products.”

“I was at the HEB 500 Canyon Ridge Drive Austin Texas 78753 #476 and I purchased a 3 Meat plate order # 873202 on the kiosk.
I ordered Fatty Brisket, 3 Ribs and Sausage. Brisket Beans and Fried Okra. I did not receive my Sausage and I was on the road heading home in Humble Texas.
I called and spoke with Rosa the True Texas BBQ manager and after she looked up my order she refunded me for the 3 meat platter which was above and beyond Customer Service! I love HEB and I love your BBQ and that act of professionalism will be in many conversations when I rave about your Company!!!! Thank you very much Rosa for all you do!!!”

“I come to this HEB location often, and had to come in the midst of chaos during Thanksgiving Week for a few last minute items. I frantically was searching for Cardamom in the bulk section. Then was approached my an employee named Christian asking me if I needed assistance. The Cardamom was all empty and he informed me he’d go check to see if there was more in stock, and he brought up more of the item. I did not expect there to be such great customer service during such a frantic Holiday week, and wanted to take the time to say I appreciate him taking the time to be so friendly and helpful! Thank you!”

When you exit they have a theft detector in this wholesale store. The first time I’ve ever seen anything like that. The VA or Md SAM’s club don’t have that. Polite and friendly staff and vendors. Great shopping experience.”

“So I'm guessing the reason the staff at the self-checkout keep possession of the plastic reusable bags (yep, Austin ordinance) is because some dishonest people were using the bags for their groceries and not ringing them up.
Waited until the employee was finished with handling the other self-check folks needing something (6 or so registers monitored) to pay for bags so I could checkout, bag the items, and go.
Cmon, "Live Music Capital" patrons....you can do better than that.. quit being the bag thief or bring your own bags if you simply cannot control yourself so the rest of us can continue our day efficiently. ?”

“I can’t stop telling everyone how much I love this pharmacy! I am a gender non conforming person and at various previous pharmacies I’ve had a LOT of uncomfortable experiences picking up my hormones, with medical professionals who should know better asking unnecessary and intrusive questions. That has never once happened at MedSavers and I feel confident that it never will. They are personable and very kind, recognizing me when I come in and asking about my day, but also so professional and informed. I really feel safe here, which huge thing for a trans person in Texas. Because they are a compounding pharmacy they can fill a really wide variety of scripts and almost always have stock even during the recent shortages. They also handle refills largely over text which is so convenient it feels unreal, I have them saved in my phone with a lil heart because honest to god I feel like we’re besties- just me and this entire pharmacy. Supporting independent pharmacies is a great way to push back against the general awful trends in the American health system, and it generally comes with lower cost generics and a more personalized approach. Supporting this pharmacy in particular has all those benefits plus a genuine old Austin vibe that will make you feel right at home. Plus they’ve started dropping samples of CBD gummies into my bag recently?? Drop CVS, forget Walgreens, come to MedSavers ❤️”
