I always come to this Petco to get food, supplies, treats, and toys for my cats. They have always had a good selection to choose from and, on the toy department, I recently got a rainbow colored cloth ribbon on a stick for my cats to play with and they love it. On a previous toy I had the fluffing inside the toy started to come out, probably just ran its course with my two cats, but I thought the fluffing could be a little bit of a choking hazard for them. The employees have been nice and, when I went last night, there was a line starting to form with only one register open and two other employees saw and came over and got the line through quickly. That doesn't always happen with places, but I thought their customer service was good!

Only because I have to give minimum 1 star, Set an appointment for my golden doodle , when I got there they examined said they would do close trim due to some matted spots , hour later got a call and said they couldn't do but would recommend a vet but wasn't charging for visit and they done nothing to him . I get there and don't even recognize my dog. He was chopped up like a cotton patch looked like a lollipop drumstick , I was livid ! They had no explanation why my 2000 dollar dog looked like Edward scissor hands got a hold of him . Never again , I'm so hurt my furrry son looks like this Stay away from Zacaharis he ruined m

I went back to Petco to receive my refund for the Disastrous butchered hair cut Harper gave my dog. I deleted my grievances but I am going to repost it. I feel scammed by the Petco employees. I have my receipts that shows the charge for 1/24 and again on 1/25 which was supposed to be a credit.Please don't patronize Petco Store 02740. They are unprofessional and like interpersonal skills and are not genuine will they tell you they going to help.I spoke to the General Manager Laura who made me feel as though Petco would do right by compensating me.A simple refund should take less than 24 hours to reappear on my bank statement.I also have Pet insurance via Petco. I am happy it's a 3rd part company that actually pays when you file a claim. Perhaps the 3rd party should be responsible for refunds. Truly Disappointing in Petco Grooming services, cashier who was supposed to refund, and the Manager. 10 Thumbs down

I came here a few weeks back but I LOVEDD ELIZABETH was friendly and answering all questions and doubts I had ! I've definitely switched from pet marts to petco bc of her and is now my new store to shop at she was truly amazing

I came in today unsure what I was looking for but Dwayne was right there and helped me find and explain to me the differences in flea medications. He was very polite and informative with all my questions and saved me money with a PetCo account. Thank you Dwayne!

Everyone in the grooming salon was so kind and sweet. They treated my dog just like their own. Definitely worth not booking here for now on. Thank you! Lastly, people need to understand that grooming is a VERY hard job that takes talent. Most animals can be very nervous and groomers have to also work at the pace of the dogs behavior while also being safe. Sometimes it's difficult. Please be more understanding and patience of your groomers. Your pet will also thank you for staying calm for them.

I've been shopping at Hancock PetCo for 20+ years. I have had a "pals" account linked to my phone number for most of that time. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars, and was always told that I was accruing credit toward "rewards". Now I'm told that I only have FIVE dollars of rewards, because when I added my email address in January I had all of my rewards taken away! Is this how PetCo treats it's most loyal customers?! Yes, it is. I "chatted" with someone via their website and he told me that all coupons expire after 45 days! WTF? I've been bait and switched hardcore. I'll be shopping at chewy.com from now on. Not only is it easier, but it's cheaper, and chewy.com respects its customers' loyalty.

Booked a grooming appointment for my sweet, old dog. When I arrived the groomer, Paula B said she could not groom my dog because she is over 50 pounds. I was confused as there was nothing about weight limit on the website. Really disappointed at not only my still smelly pup, but also the bad attitude from Paula B. I made this Yelp account because I was so off put by this experience. If they can't get the customer service right to a new and paying customer, how are they treating our dogs when we leave the room? Not coming back ever again.

I would not trust my dog at this Petco with this staff. They're rude. I have taken my dog who is on fluoxetine for anxiety to a different petco location where the staff was wonderful. The other location was very friendly and gave my dog a beautiful haircut and trimmed her nails. This location was an awful experience. Upon dropping the dog off, I received a call that they would not groom my dog due to her "being on a sedative." I'd still like to see that documentation. Also, fluoxetine does not have a sedative effect. Google it. Upon pick up they proceeded to say that the dog has aggressive behavior because she pulled towards another dog. I didn't realize that not being leash trained is aggressive behavior. Their staff clearly doesn't have the patience to work with dogs who are nervous. I wouldn't want them to have sharp objects anywhere near my pooch.

I take my poodle mix to this location for grooming from Paula. Not only is she kind, but also does an amazing job. My dog comes out looking adorable & between grooms her coat grows out nicely too. Thank you, Paula! Essie and I appreciate you.

Liz and Paula deserve a raise. They were unbelievable with my dog Bruce's second time getting his nails done! SO so sooo kind to him and so patient and understanding. I will be back for either Liz or Paula
