Similar to other people's experiences they block the door before they close and just slam it in your face. No reason to give them any money there's other places to go.

They're very low on signs I don't know what else they may be below on or out of stock but for now I don't recommend it for signs because they're missing a lot of signs like poop dog signs which show the circle with the red line in it

A super nice store, I think it is one of the stores in this city that the employees help the customer to look for the, or the super friendly products.

Rudest employees I've ever encountered at Petco. I've never had anyone block the doorway and say " you know the store closes in 8 minutes". That was how I was greeted. If I hadn't been there for a pickup order I would have spent my money at the Leander store. They are much nicer.

This was a horrible experience. They did not have the food we needed, but honestly that is neither here nor there. So many dead, dying, or disfigured betas. Chewy is just as pricy, but without the death or animal cruelty.

I like this Petco. Employees have always been nice to me when I rant about my Caridina shrimp. Employees are helpful it’s a great Petco. Constructive criticism: it would benefit y’all to have someone more knowledgeable about fish. People shop and Petco and then go throw their beta in some tap water and complain when it dies two days later I imagine. (Mine died after two months then I started actually looking into aquarium keeping I regret not doing this earlier rest in peace Darwin) Shoot you could even print some basic guides on cycling a tank and provide water parameters for the fish you sell. I’m guessing this is corporate stuff so you get five stars anyways. Y’all are doing a good job but if you can get a fish expert it would be cool.

Called to see where my delivery was because it said it was not out for delivery yet, and a rude guy advised me to call support. No number. Wouldn’t even try to look up my name to see if it was out of stock Then tells me he’s going to hang up because he can’t help??? Like what!!? You hang up on customers??

I have shopped here for over 6 years and I have never the store look as good as it does right now. Joey the manager is so informative, friendly and soo helpful. Every time I come in he is on the floor emptying pallets, organizing products or sorting clearance items. He is exactly what this store has needed. My dog also loves him and get so excited to see him when we come in he is always giving him pets and scratches. ❤️

Very rude, we asked for a koi and he didn’t want to, then we asked for it again he stared at the tank and walked away without saying anything. Waited 10 minutes and we went to ask and he sent someone else to tell us no.

Came in looking to buy a ferret for a friend for our other one at home. We were told we can't hold them. How are we supposed to assess which one we want to take home? Ridiculous
