Great, loved the staff even tho i made appointment at wrong place, lol. Dr. very attentive to my Ember, even got her a orange raincoat while i was there. She only weighs 5.46#. Loved the staff in the whole place, very helpful, our new vet and pet store!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter and I went in for a formula for rescue kittens. Staff helped with all our needs.

Great Petco, great variety, great service. Clean, spacious, organized. They even have a daily menu for dogs to buy them fresh food! I loved it. I'll definitely come back

Both Tech Christian and Dr Parker were super nice , calming matter explained everything to me. They were very loving to my senior dog. Tech Christian was very knowledgeable, courteous as he explained everything in detail. Best service overall Vetco Total Care. I strongly recommend them

I took my 150 pound Dolly to use the pet washing station. Filthy. The whole store was dirty. No shampoo. No hooks to keep dog in station. No steps going in to it. They bottled labeled shampoo was water. Overpriced. Two times the price of TSC. Never mind that it was so nasty.

I have a sick cat who needs special food. I bought the expensive prescription food here, but my cat won't eat it. I tried to return it, but had lost the receipt. They treated me like a scammer/thief. They had an opportunity to keep my business, (which for the price of prescription food would have added up considerably over time) but have now lost it. I understand that stores need to have return policies, but this felt way over the top, especially the harshness of attitude from both the checker and the manager of the store.

I want to comment that if they want to be treated badly as clients, this is the perfect place for a terrible attitude and very bad attention and respect for the client and organization. In short, today I had an appointment with my dog for a full bath haircut, the On Wednesday, I went to schedule the appointment. I told them to schedule me for something complete. They told me that this was the second time I had taken my dog and I left very disappointed. I arrived and the girl who was there greeted me very well, very friendly. She spoke to another lady. who spoke Spanish, she checks the computer and tells me if it's just for a bath, right, and I told her no, it was something complete, she tells me that it's only scheduled for a bath, I told her what day I had made my bone appointment on Wednesday, and she attended to me. A girl even gave me the cost. I asked her if it would be the entire service. She told me if she gave me the name of the guy who would do the service for my dog. I thought everything would be fine. She called I don't know who and she told me it's not just a bathroom, she looked at me with concern and I told her ok, just exchange, don't give her the bathroom, I'm more interested in the haircut and she told me no, I can't but he says that at 2 :30! See the change from 9:30 I had to return until 2:30 when I have the photo session with my dog at 3 I'm very upset I expressed my concern almost begging and telling him help me and I told him that they should let me know beforehand and His response was WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? I HAVE MORE DOGS! That was his response, I have education and because of my values, I didn't respond or start telling him what terrible attention and bad education, I just said ok, I turned around and he said, SORRY! IN A TONE, GO OUT. I hope the person in charge sees this and sees what kind of staff they have attending. It would seem that the day was just starting and the lady was already super stressed when she said, I have more DOGS. I always recommend as a psychologist, if you don't like your job, don't continue there, you will harm your work environment and causes bad times for clients which, since I already had a scheduled day, I'm very bad, I had my photo session for today, I'm desperate, but anyway, I hope this review is useful to people, not to mention that I had my appointment. done 3 days before, by the way, he also told me that the guy who was there didn't know how to cut hair and then that he could attend to me until 2:30 ? not confusing. And if so, then I think we need to have more personnel with knowledge of this. It is a Saturday, many of us work from Monday to Friday and on the weekend, I think it has to be of vital importance that there is someone at 9:30 who knows how to cut the hair .
